Gotta say this is just perfect!

 

I'll be waiting for the "patch" and classic weeds full version and I'd be golden in terms of vegetation for SA  :whistle:.

EDIT: Any chance we get a choice for 512 px grass textures for this season as well in ultimate plants series?

512 px of grass textures is available, but not updated ultimate plants series now.

I'm leaving. No one that I do is not necessary. I'm disappointed in the latest BSOR. Tell me, why did I do all this? I kill a lot of time in anything. These modes ... I go as a job. Why? Tank WOT was the last straw. I do not want any more, I'm tired. Sorry.

You not created the best vegetation mod for LaDiDa but nearly for everyone..

Got into VC/SA few days ago, and before I start, first thing is to check what mods are out there and pick the best. This vegetation mod is amazing - huge difference to SA, I like it.  BSOR+ SilentASI and Patch + few base CLEO scripts + SweetFX and game is like brand new. Thanks for the vegetation work dude.

 

But I have one problem, few trees do not have textures applied, so they are white in game.

IMG editor says it can not find following txd to insert into gta3.img:

bsor_cypress.txd
bsor_elm.txd
bsor_huge_trees.txd
bsor_oak_trees.txd
bsor_tree.txd

 

Where do I insert those textures please?

Use modloader stop editing gta3.img.

Only use img editor when you need to change files that modloader does not yet support ;)

There are more ways to install mods (such as using IMG Factory), but using Modloader is the most reccomended way. Atleast for SA.

Ok, used the modloader instead of importing them into the img, and still few of those trees are not textured. Got the limiter mod in case that makes any difference. Also game version is original unpatched from the disks. What am I doing wrong? Those tree models are not linking to the txds in my case.

Sure can. Made a  new folder for the mod in modloader directory and extracted all of the dff and tdx from AD version of the mod.

It is only few trees, so I just used a map viewer, found the untextured models and removed them from the folder for the time being.

I think you forgot to put .ide files
Copy the vegepart.ide file and procobj.ide file from Bsor folder to SA folder...
You can put them via using modloader or simply replacing game files..

I hope this will help you..

Yes ide was the problem. When I was testing all the mods I wanted to keep, ide from BSOR caused my SA to hang big time. So I removed it and forgot about it. Happened again. Looked into them and see the tables filled with links of dff to txd. Will compare mod to original when I get time and figure out what was the hang about. It will work. Thanks for the help:D

Btw all my white textures/crash probs were fixed by placing ide together with dff/txd in a mod loader folder i made for bsor, and then most important thing was to set high priority for it. No more crashes no more white textures. This is one damn good looking vegetation :)
