Fus Ro Dah mod question

I don't normally do this but I suck at coding and wanted to know how to make a force push mod like the Fus Ro Dah from skyrim
Will it be easy or hard? are there mods like this already?

Vector3 aimVec = targetPed.Position - Player.Character.Position;
float forceMultiplier = 10f;
targetPed.ApplyForce(aimVec * forceMultiplier);
This creates the push effect, though you don't have the particle FX, obviously.
IIRC someone already made something like this, dunno who.
Hardest thing would be finding what ped is being targetted, though that's not too hard either.

So do you think that by binding the script to say the fist? (when niko punches someone)
will it trigger and push everything niko sees?
