This mission pack series is like nothing you've ever seen. This series will try to add a video game series evolution feeling to the story. Try to remember a video game series that started on the Play Station One: it was somehow good, but nothing more. Then, it got to the Play Station Two and got better. Finally, how it ultimately became awesome when it reached the Play Station Three. Well, my goal is to bring that nostalgia feeling to you. How? Start off with a mission pack that could be rated 1/10 for its quality, continue with a second one that could be rated 3.5/10, the another one that could be rated 5.87/10, and so on... Remember the first GTA game and how it evoluated to IV, nearly V in a matter of months? Well, this is what I will try to reproduce.

Follow the story of Matthew Heinz during is Special Weapons and Tactics, SWAT, career. See how he will climb up the ranks and gain the respect from his higher-ups. Get in the skin of a man who wants to clear the state of San Andreas from criminals. Be the rookie that will change SWAT's face. Be... you!

Special Weapons and Tactics 4

Awesome series! I am becoming a huge fan of Special Weapons and Tactics!

This is an incredible series, and I'm glad you've transgressed it!

I was glad you finally added in cutscenes in this series. That was a big bonus for me! icon14.gif

The missions were very difficult, though. It took me at least five attempts on the first mission! But, after killing the first couple of enemies, it was just a simple case of head shots.

At the beginning, the health for each enemy was a little unrealistic. They could take a whole round of an MP5 to the body, and still survive. I suggest you lower their health to 250, and leave some with 500+.

It got harder as the levels progressed, which in my opinion was excellent!

The last mission was very difficult! It was an RPG war! But, I guess that's what to expect for the last level.

Overall, this was a very great mission pack, and the Special Weapons and Tactics series has been excellent so far! But, if I could leave some advice for (Hopefully!) Special Weapons and Tactics 5, I'd like to see the levels taken up a step. Instead of just plain, interior, stand and crouch shootouts, why not take the levels to car chases and what not?

But, nevertheless, an incredible series, and certainly one of the best in DYOM!

Rating - 9.2/10.

shiva s: Thanks for playing the latest versions. Waiting for your feedback. biggrin.gif

Converse: Thanks for playing and thanks for the rate. As for Special Weapons and Tactics 5, which might be the last one of the series, I'm planning to do it big. biggrin.gif
