I'll do them.
I've done it, although I've got to ask you something. The mission "Outrider" takes place in San Fierro, and you're only in Los Santos, so I suppose you mean another. In the save you posted, the only mission available were "Cesar Vialpando" & "Life's a Beach" so I thought that it'd be "High Stakes, Low-rider" but that one only was available after "Cesar Vialpando" so I've completed both. I'm not sure if that's what you requested but I hope it is. Next time please try to give out the correct names of the missions. If something's wrong, please tell me.

For: hotwheels83
Missions: Cesar Vialpando & High Stakes, Low-rider
Helper: miromiro
Link: <Click Here>
Reward: 2.000$ from both.
Status: Completed.
Notes:

Completed the "Cesar Vialpando" mission with a poor score of 1790 points.
Had to take a phone call to open the "High Stakes, Low-rider" mission.
Won the race in 1:15.
Saved at Verona Beach, closest for the next mission.
Next time, please post with this Save N' Play topic title request format: [SNP] <mission name> [V1/V2].

Enjoy the rest of the game! smile.gif

It is always suggested that you attempt to do the mission before you decide that you need help.
When you start the mission the correct title will appear, so that you can 'title' the [SnP] help request.
