Anyone knows how to convert wpl to ipl?
I mean i dont like and is not confortable to start shadow mapper
Each time i wanna place a building and med is a pain too
I dont want everything from wpl to be transfered to Sa ipl

I just need a method or something to can get Wpl's coordinates and rotation
To Sa Ipl

Note; so far becouse wpl cant be read by a common human like Ipl does

The hard part is that in IV, they removed the ID system, and we got hashes instead,

So you have manually add id numbers.

Map IO can generate ipl. Just load wpl with GIMS. Profit.

mascotefera has rejoined but demoted for his action.We have will have some progress soon.Either way he team up with another person who's russian if he leaves again oh well his loss.

Not really i just don't like how VCR treated their mod i respect DK22Pac and few others that are really good.

You can convert wpl to ipl using gims and ipl/ide tool, easy, better than other ways, i will teach if you want.

Convert ides/ipls is easy, must hard thing is txd, you need texture (wtd/otd to txd) converter, cause its very long make txds manually.
Also you can create simple programm that remove lods lines from ide, and checker (that check missing lines in ides/ipls, missing txd and model, cols), it will be very useful.

Well we do need a wtd to txd tool and lod program but we don't have much devs for that.Also col tool instead of using 3d max just a simple program that does it all saves time.But for now we do by hand til we have tools maybe you can help us yurban.

I'll be able to play this smoother on my laptop. I can Play IV on it but it's laggy. I can't complain, the performance is good for a laptop from 2009. I mainly play IV on my desktop.

But I may do a DYOM CTW's on this. I have to get the official stradigy guide so everything is in the right order and so I don't miss anything.

Some say this is pointless but it isn't, and SA has some potential IV doesn't have.

Just as a side project. It's easier, faster, and we may be able to use it for selection between IV, TLAD, and TBOGT, and CTW if we do it.

But did you guys look at the California mod? It has multiple exe's loading different files for different mods from the same GTA directory.

Dont know about multiloader, but know about missions. Dk22pac (thx to him) made 1st mission for ivsa using coorditanes from decompilied iv scripts and with sounds.

BTW, on your website, here's a correction: It's not Grand Theft Auto San Adnreas, It's Grand Theft Auto San ANDreas. tounge.gif
Oh, and another suggestion, the IV Cam effect CLEO mod is kind of messed up, doesn't really look like IV, can any of you please improve it to be more like IV?

It's completely up to you if you wish to use any of them, when more screens are produced I'll consider making signatures for your project. Again it will be up to you if you want to use them for the front page or not, just know that they're there.

There are some feuture's that we can't do in GTA SA like the internet cafe & mobile phone..I think we can't do that in San Andreas..
