I'm not sure if anyone beyond the Chain Game would be interested in these mutant bikes. They are created with CLEO or garage editing by installing custom wheel rims on the bicycles and motorcycles.
I spent quite a bit of time on 4 star explorations, and a little time on collecting proofed vehicles, but my specialty is in save modifications. Much of what I've learned has be incorporated into the custom saves that are used in the Chain Game. These saves include many fixes to the original game, and add new features and surprises, but are still 100% compatible with the original game files. In the Chain Game, players take turns completing a mission or task, and then upload the save for the next player . The Chain Game is currently nearing the end of it's 67th round (and if I recall correctly, 66th round of 100% completion).
Two vehicles which you may consider special and I could not find in the Russian FAQ are 1) the NRG-500 used for the NRG-500 Challenge mission at the San Fierro docks: health = 3000 every time the mission starts, and 2) Broadway used in the Pimping mission: health = 2000 every time the mission starts.

The Savegame Editor v3.1.2 can re-enable the two-timing dates.
I suspect that the Russian GTA community has worked out these details already, but just in case...
The seems to be some confusion about entering an ammu-nation, gym, or mission during a date. The original purpose of this glitch is to end the date so the girlfriend can be dated again on the same day. The glitch can also be used to cancel during the beginning of dancing date since they take so long (progress -1%). With careful planning the glitch can be used to end a driving date before the 7 second jealousy delay runs out and prevent the two-timing scripts from being disabled.
Special dates (gimp suit dates with Millie, and she-drives with Michelle) end at the girlfriend's home, so the 7 second delay is not an issue. Two-timing dates will remain active.
To make progress with Denise when she is the only girlfriend or a jealousy date is not desired you can perform her special date involving drive-by shooting enemy gang members. Instead of going to her destination, go to an area with an active enemy gang and a gym, ammu-nation, or her home. Allow her to shoot enemies until her ammo runs out and the date will be a success. Quickly enter her home marker, ammu-nation, or gym before the 7 second jealousy delay timer runs out and the two-timing scripts will remain active. If you make enough progress (35%) then driving dates can be completed in the same manner.
My goal during much of my testing of the FI girlfriend cars was to collect the vehicles from Katie, Barbara, and Michelle before completing the first mission, Big Smoke. I found the tow truck to be very useful under 4 star conditions, but I'm not surprised that people have found better methods to use when the police are not as much of a threat.

Also I think this might be even easier if you start this mission at 7.00-9.00 AM time. When you are going to push Infernus, game time will be adjust to night time so that there will be less vehicles. I experienced that there were less traffic because time was set to night for me. I started this mission at about 7.00 AM. I think you can save time for bringing Sweet to Glen park by first starting the mission with a bike (First save the bike at Ganton garage with Tractor). Then, after you successfully took territory and kill all B Dup's guards, you can quickly ride the bike to Ganton garage and take Tractor to the desired location. In this case, you don't need to worry about Sweet doesn't follow you quickly when you are inside the Tractor. I saved plenty of time with this tactic.

It is easy, only tough part is gatting it to Garage now, it disappears when garage is... Closed ( mean It stuck the vehicels half).
EDIT: Oooeeee! I finally obtained the Mighty Comprehensiveproof Infernus,
I lost a territory, but it was worth it, weirdly, I have 0 Deaths and 0 Busts, whatsoever, Ballas Now Own the Territory at the Clowns Pocket Casino,
I'll take it Straight away! Pretty funny, I iwll try getting back my territory,
Also I had Max Stamina and Infinete Sprint, I just took over the Glen Park so Ballas would stop attacking me, and Pushed the Infernus with the Body the whole time, Sprinting, I finally got it, and obtained it!

I used the Monster method, because tractor method you either need a long trip or double trip,
But monster, it has two seats, so only one Trip is needed, and it's easier because it NEVER disappeared.
OrionSR, can you tell me the both colours of the Maverick used in mission "Toreno's Last Flight"?

There are three Mavericks created in the Toreno's Last Flight script. The one above is the first one created. A second Maverick has no color codes; this code segment may not be active, but there is nothing special about it so it's not worth testing. The 3rd Maverick also has the same colors (10,125). I think this is the Maverick used in the chase.
An interesting challenge: complete Toreno's Last Flight using only satchel charges.

I've done it using only 1 pistol round (more or less using your method), also tried to push the wrecked Maverick to the Doherty garage, but it disappeared just before I got it in.
Another interesting method is using a Sea Sparrow.

Damn, once again I've been shown up by GTA Phreak. I'm still sore about your NOE Mercy video all these years later. I have completed the mission with a Sea Sparrow however. That was great fun.

do you know a method to obtain the Jet Black Maverick from Inetrdiction?
Well, I do, I did it myself,
You have to get a minigun and a Tow Truck, as the helicopters approach, Lightly shoot them, for around 25 Bullets or 20,
they will fall but wont explode, then destroy the Leviathan, failing the mission, the tow it and Drive it carefully to a garage.
But without failing the mission, better make sure you lightly shoot ALL the helicopters lightly, after all are down then pick one up,
Then drive it and be careful the whole mission, after you passed it (you can also get into garage by walking, not getting a vehicle over that),
Then drive it to next Toreno's mission, skip or watch the cutscene and go and drive your heli to a the Abonded Airfield,
Buy it and drag the heli to the Hangar.
I want to make a video of it but sadly I don't have a recording device.
OrionSR, man, I have Sanny Builder but I couldn't find the part where Maverick is scripted to spawn in the Specific colour,
I got it simply by pushing the wreck to garage.

We have 2 methods for that Maverick - a ZMoonChild one and our team's, found by user Lutsyk.
Here it is:
Get rid of 4 helis. Then go to Hashburry garage in SF, where you should store smth heavy like a Firetruck.
Heli will come after you. Shoot it down and push the wrecks in a garage with a Firetruck.
The only problem is that wrecks can disappear if you won't be fast enough.
Then go on and complete the mission.
And our edition of ZoomZoom's method is that fire only 2-3 bullets from minigun,
then tow the heli, which falls, but do not explode, then complete the mission and transport heli to the garage.

As for me, I used only 2nd one - with minigun and towtruck.
1st is less reliable because the heli can occasionally blow up by itself when it reaches ground (I bet some scripts)
Wrecks can disappear right in front of you.
And 2nd one is 100% accurate when it comes to saving a vehicle.

It's better passing the mission then you can go to otehr Toreno's mission and buy the Hangar, thus saving the Heli.

I bet it'll be more safe if you save Maverick in a car garage before and later transport it to hangar

You shouldn't have less space for garages if you strict with only proofed and unique colour vehicles. I realized to get maximum out from garages, you need to park vehicles as follow.
1.) 4 biggest vehicles including 2 Mavericks (Black and BP/FP/EP/DP) and Light Green Packer must be pakred in Hanger. For other vehicle, you have one choice. Either BP Tanker, EP Mule, BP/FP/EP/DP Boxville or BP/FP SWAT. I prefer for SWAT. Don't put allproof Tanker Trailer there. It is very untrustworthy inside Hanger.
2.) For other bigger vehicles must be parked inside Hushburry Garage and Verdant Meadows garage.
3.) Allproof Tanker Trailer should be parked inside Doherty Garage. I guess, you can't use Hushburry garage for it. But might be possible.
4.) Prickle Pine Garage can be used to park 4 normal cars although it seems that it has space for only 3 cars.
5.) Dillimore garage can be used to park 4 vehicles as well alongside one car, BP Forklift and 2 motorbikes like Allproof HPV 100 and Allproof Sanchez.
6.) All other garages in LV except Prickle Pine, can be used to park 2 cars although it seems we can park only 1 car.
7.) You must use Mullholland roof to park 2 cars there. Black Perennial and Allproof Tampa are the ideal vehicles to be parked there. You can't park all cars inside Mullholland roof.
I have collected all possible vehicles with newly found Allproof Bravura, EP LS Police and Allproof Ladder Truck. Also I got all of girlfriends' proofed cars and 2 Allproof Vorteces which both colour schemes are unique. I skipped only FP Vehicles and still I had one less garage space for Millie's Allproof Feltzer and I used LS Police impound to store it.

LOL, you'll hardly have trouble with parking space if you use everything to its max
There are 68 garage slots and 9 impound slots making total of 77 saveable vehicles.
Keep in mind that every garage can storу 4 items, don't even look at any warnings

Yes. I know that we can save 4 vehicles in each garage and except Ganton garage, all of other garage automatically opens the door for 4 vehicles. But there may be practical problems to occupy maximum space from them. Very unfortunately, Hanger can't be used to store more than 4 vehicles although it has space for more than 70 vehicles. Also Hanger is the most untrustworthy garage in the game. In my earlier game runs, it ate many cars specially BP Tanker and Allproof Tanker Trailer. Also SF Police impound also very untrustworthy place. So it is better to don't use it although LS and LV seems to be OK and we need to be very careful for sending cars to Police impounds because one small mistake will eat car inside. So it is always recommend to not save vehicles there specially before starting Triathlon race which clears all vehicles on the map. I like to give my save game file which has all of proofed vehicles. So if you like, give your comment about my garage machanism whether I have done all correctly.

I sadly didn't save CP Tampa or CP Bravura, but I have the same Bravura, but not proofed (has uc2).
Nice save actually, I think a BP Forklift, UC uc2 Yellow Forklift and CP HPV-1000 and CP Sanchez rae perfect for such stuff in Dillimore,
You CAN Save 4 Vehicles in teh Johnsons Garage, Just after Opening it Have a vehicle in a middle that can prevent from closing,
But after 5 Vehicles, boom, one leaves.
Those Inpounds aren't really trust worthy, will Starting Pimp missions get a vehicle to Impond, If it's a little far from you?
Well, Inpounds are untrust worthy to me, But I will sure them to store, just the Hard To Get Vehicles,
Like FBI Rancher, FBI Truck (I will edit a little game Data for that ), and Phoenix.

Really, Bicycles aren't destroyable, you can't even Pop their tires, they cannot be Destroyed even if the Proofings are on whatsoever.
Maybe they aren't moveable on explosions and that, but it's completely useless.

Note: When you shoot bicycles at areas which is far away from town, it can't prevent to earn wanted stars although Bicycle doesn't take any damage from bullets and even there are no police watching it. But shooting to an other Bulletproof vehicle at same spot will always not a cause to earn wanted stars unless police somehow see it. This is also strange.
