instead of move the mesh...why dont just move the bone position?

How do you open the VC Cutscene chars in 3ds Max? In Zmod I can open but when I delete bones and try to import in 3ds it says a error I can't remember but everyone knows.

All I wanted is to take my VCS CS models and have all abilities from VC CS like moving mouth and eyes with the extra bones from cutscenes chars.
