Start here: http://w3schools.com/ Start with HTML tutorials, and just go through them in order. Skill for something like what you've photoshoped together won't take long to obtain.

Okay, thanks, but any ideas what host I should use? Well, considering the simplicity of the site, I don't need much.

Hosting wise, if you're looking for something free and simple to use, Webs.com might be a good choice. HostGator or comparable might be another good choice if you looking for something a little more dedicated and can afford a hosting plan.

If you're looking for a simple way to layout.

HTML
CODE

<a href="index.html"><img src="logo.png"></a>

<div class="container">
<div class="img-wrap">
    <a href="facebook.com/account"><img src="facebook.jpg"></a>
</div>
<div class="img-wrap">
    <a href="facebook.com/account"><img src="facebook.jpg"></a>
</div>
<div>
<div class="clear"></div>

CSS
CODE

.container {width: 600px /or whatever you want it to be}

.img-wrap {float: left;} /This is so you can put two divs side by side.

.clear {clear:both} /Put this after the container div, if not the page will mess up.

A little bit rushed.
