Not sure what the problem is. If it's the missing ground glows from vehicle rear-lights, I actually took those out on purpose since it's not something you tend to see in real life. I also removed them from traffic lights. You can restore them by using the default visualsettings.dat file.

Update, version 1.6.0 - Changes to all weather types.

The only file updated is timecyc.dat; I lowered the brightness on all cloudy weathers, removed the fog effects on a few, brightened up the sunrises and sunsets, and made sure that nighttime hours aren't too dim. If you liked this mod before, you should really enjoy it now.

Update, version 1.6.1 - Edited enbpallete.bmp, enbeffect.fx, and timecyc.dat for better and more balanced contrast, removed blue distance haze from Extra Sunny at night

Version 2.00 is up now and is a vast improvement, so hopefully I can stop fiddling with it because I think I'm finally satisfied. I'm re-posting it on the GTA4-Mods website, so if you want to make the video for that one instead, feel free.

Hey man, first of all thanks for this mod, and i wanna ask how can i change draw distance or farclp ? becouse it's too much for my rig and the game lags smile.gif Thanks and keep up the good work.

Actually, I just found out that the high-quality DOF also causes lag for lower-spec systems and I'm probably going to put an option for the old DOF from 1.6.2 back in. Try V. 1.6.2 and see how well that runs for you and let me know.

As for the clipping distance, open up timecyc.dat in a text editor and do a find/replace for 10000.00 to 1500.00. That will restore your clipping distance to the game default, but it will make the black band on the horizon much thicker. You can experiment with other values in between 1500 and 10000 to get a balance.

I never see the moon either. I think it might be a side effect of the red sky fix.

And if you guys wanna try different Visual presets without exit the game then change the line in enbseries.ini from CyclicConfigReading=false to CyclicConfigReading=true, becouse default is false then just Alt+TAB from the game, copy your presets and go back in game with new setts smile.gif

Good to see those screenshots, guys - and glad you got it working, XXL. Did you ever find out what the problem was?

@ residentgta, I tend to stick with the default Bloomy preset in GTA IV, but Fight Club is my personal favorite out of the others (I liked it so much that I changed cloudy nights to have that greenish look either way). Unless I'm playing The Lost and the Damned, in which case I go with Vintage or Dust Bowl, they sort of have that biker movie feel. I haven't started The Ballad of Gay Tony yet...

Also, CyclicConfigReading seems to work for me whether it's true or false. Might just be an 0.082b bug.

I've just engaged fight club, gonna go look now. screenshots to come if its good.

Also yea i didnt know what the problem was so i did a disk repair thing and now its cool, was a dodgy file or shader i recon, not your fault at all.

i tested and it instantly crashes the game at start is there ANY enb series mod that worked to the playing part i never ever got this working

Here is the ultimate fix for the Red Sky Bug: http://www.gta4-mods...bug-beta-f13611. With this (at least from my experience), you get no Red Sky, no White Sky, not even a black line on the horizon, all this does is replace the skybox texture, yet, it really seems to work. I'm currently using this ENB: http://www.gta4-mods...-edition-f13380 and so far I have had no problems on EFLC. Anyone who needs a true fix for the Red/White Sky should take a look at that first link.
