It's the reservoir wall, not a bridge.
There is at least 1 dam, 1 reservoir & 1 lake behind Los Santos.

Just a quick post, because I said I wasn't coming back here. Am I correct that were looking over the Zancudo river in the shot at the end (bridge, cop cars exploding, jet flying over, tanks)? Because I think you can slightly see a barbed wire wall with two towers if you skip through the frames. Is this our first glimps on the military base? I'm back into hiding.
