#1. This was performed by Rockstar musicians (Craig Conner & Julie Wemyss), it could have been part of Head Radio but it didn't make it.

More to come. Cheers!

Ouch, I thought it's a Lips 106 missing song, Wash Him Off sad.gif

Anyway, looks like a nice find. I never heard about it.

According to Conor and Jay's homepage this is from their 1999 Cafe album. Not necessarily GTA related.

However, they wouldn't include Michael Hunt and "Head Radio" in their "official" CD, would they? tounge.gif

@victm92: No offense but anyone can take a song and put a sound effect and a DJ voice on it (the same sound effect and voice that appears at 0:05 here).

Until further proof I stay skeptical on this.

No, I definitely think this is real. I have searched all the audio files in the game and no where does Michael Hunt refer to him self as "axewood".

It says in the video that Head Radio voices were added by whoever uploaded the video, apparently thinking that mixing two different copyrighted audio clips together avoids copyright infringement. It's basically like saying any Conor and Jay song could have been in GTA.

The situation turns out to be messed up, so I can't clearly express my opinion. Although I do think that this could have been present in the game.

He never refered to himself as "axe wound" in GTA 3, but he did in LCS.

That wasn't supposed to be beta song -.- Don't try to make another trivia from their normal album -.-

The only beta song was Wash him off, and beta version of Craig Gray - Fade away wink.gif + this

I have beta song on my HD.

Also, I've got 10 mixes of Moving Shadow - MSX FM producer for Rockstar, one mix is from 99, maybe it was supposed to be on the beta msx?

Anyway, this finding is old biggrin.gif

BTW everything is on the net, man:

Here you can find every song from their discography wink.gif

Yes, you all are right. But gimme a chance! Change was also included on an album a year before game's release. So, why was Change featured on Head Radio and not Carry me Off or Complicated?

BTW:

*Yep, Back to The Streets and Wash Him Off are 100% confirmed deleted songs. This last one is totally unknown except for a few seconds heard on Lips 106 intro.
*There's no "beta version" of Fade Away, only a strange version that is a fan-made cover.

Cheers and sorry for stating not-fully-proven stuff!

HM - it's not fan made cover - I have confirmation that this version comes from 2000.

This music you've uploaded is clearly fake, but good try biggrin.gif

"Wash Him Off" was included in full with the GTA III Head Radio and Lips106 release on itunes.

This beta version of "Fade Away" I've never heard of though.

Stated in an interview from 2001 that it was never ion the game.

http://www.gouranga....-december01.htm

" Liberty Soul & Orbit FM <12:00 AM CST - schu>
While I was speaking with Dan I got another question out of the way. Here is what I asked, followed by Dan's answer:

schu: "Recently we began to notice two radio stations advertised on posters in GTA3, Orbit FM and Liberty Soul FM, but they aren't actually in the game.. Can you give me any information on these stations? Were they replaced, renamed, or just dropped?"

Dan: NO. THEY'RE JUST NOT IN THE GAME. KIND OF THE SAME WAY YOU CAN'T GO INTO EVERY ROOM, BUT EVERY ROOM EXISTS IN THE CITY, YOU CAN'T HEAR EVERY RADIO STATION, JUST A SELECTION WE CHOOSE."
