And remember your the co-leader now so what you do is
1.)Recruit people through gtaforums and gta 4 streets
2.)Welcome all new members by anouncing it to everyone in yellow and green
3.) make it your job to know all the members
4.)Learn The way we do meetings and know our hq in and out
5.) Be Very Active on gtaforums and help contribute!
And Lead By Modeling good habits by lining up without hesitation or listening/taking orders without hesitation
And remember when recruiting someone never assure them a definate spot in the ExM we must test them first!
