Is this a SweetFX shader? Or part of your next ME?

Part of next ME but maybe I can implement it in SweetFX, the inbuilt SweetFX bloom shader looks similiar though. Seems like the aim of this shader is the same of mine, it works differently, though.

Pics with ME + bloom shader, hard to believe but it runs at 0.75x the saturation of older screens, the rest does the bloom:

Same ..
I know that a dude on GTA-Garage has started it, hes done 4 or 5 vehicles and says he plans to do all of them.

This needs to be adapted for ImVehFt, and then when HRT 1.4 is released with HQ/HD textures for vehicles, and if Alexey starts up his San Andreas HQ project again .. and SA::Render .. inlove.gif

Fun fact I recently noticed:
There is a car on gtainside called 2010 Rossion Q1, it was released on 17.10.2011 and it works with IVF, how is that even possible? dozingoff.gif The car is older than the mod. http://youtu.be/C1TuedXmXMM?t=17s Here is the Car

I'm working now on a bloom shader, it's pretty difficult since my aim is not to create a colormod-like bloom with threshold n stuff but one like in skyrim, GTA IV whatever, HDR-bloom like. What this basically means is that every objects casts bloom, not only things above thresholds whatsoever. Dark things cast tiny bloom, bright and colorful ones cast strong bloom but not one which bleeds so much brightness and color into other things. I can see many configs which use high contrast to make the image look better, bright colors simply look better with this. My bloom code looks similiar to high contasted image.

splitscreen view:

with strong saturation:

user posted image user posted image

Interesting side effect: it allows desaturating environment without losing vibrant sky and car colors. Looks even more realistic, especially at night which can be really desaturated.

I was struggling to get the effect with the desaturation of the enviorment using the normal 0.075s bloom and the IV color washout effect but it looks a bit derpy and I have to keep the bloom at high values. And it works only with highly saturated colors otherwise it will apply on the other objects #threshold
Look at the tailights and at the color of the Sabre.

I'd go for HTML personally; I did for the BSOR MME documentation. Taught JF-Mir2 the basics of HTML along the way too icon14.gif

Untrue. Professional will use interactive program in which it's possible to get keyword suggestions, see errors, refactor code and more.
Beginners use simple notepad in which making page isn't really simple.

I'd do that if I had the programming skills for that, but my free time is limited so I can't learn a programming language only for that. I also don't know which one I should pick etc.

I recommend WebMatrix or at least Notepad++ for HTML, JS, PHP, CSS.

There's probably no better choice than C# WinForms Applications for beginner. It's quite easy to create a simple interface for config tool with it.
Download Visual Studio 2012.
Create C# project -> WinForms Application
