This hurts, He was the first person I encountered here with links to mods. He was also one who PM'ed me with respect over both the GTA mistakes guides I made and the random topics I made in Gen chat.
RIP Chris, thank you for my work.

27. Can you believe it? That's not an age to die. I'm sure he led a great life. Condolences to his family and friends, may he rest in peace.

His last post;
"Yeah sounds like the same story as my old 8800GT when it kicked the bucket, it was a Galaxy brand which I believe was part of the problem."

News like this really make me think that everything can end from one day to another... that a thing which is guaranteed today might not be that easy to do tomorrow... but I rather avoid making my life thinking about things like this all the time... but when I hear news like this one, I remember...
So, RIP Chris.

Rest In Peace.
My deepest condolences also to his family, friends and anyone who also knew him who are in shock with his passing.

This is so unexpected, he was to me the best moderator on these forums and one of the most down-to-earth people I have seen on these forums.

Sad news indeed...

Though we never really exchanged PM's or what not, his input is one of my earliest memories here and he was one of the first moderators I grew to respect. Definately an approachable and interesting bloke.
27 is WAY too young. R.I.P Chris Carrick.

I didn't know Chris, I never spoke to him, but this is still heartbreaking. Man, oh man. I've been reading through some his posts, and he sounded like a great guy. And he was obviously a major contributor to these forums.
Many condolences to his family and friends in these dark times.
You departed too soon - R.I.P.
