Hey . Great Mod . and i Was wondering what do you think about making a hole new 3d Map ? there is No water ! Only Destroyed Building and some Base's and some Hide place or Safe place the weather is always Like in Desert So Sunny and Cloudy .strange animals walk around . Zombie Try to attack you . litle Town surrounded by Military . high toxicated Place ... More and More . well i Guess you NEED alot of 3d Moddelers

I would indeed need a lot of 3D modellers for something like that. I must admit that it is some sort of dream to make something like that but creating an entire new map would take a lot of time and people.

Anyways, we're still working on version 3.0. It's just gonna take a while as we want it to be tested as good as possible. I want to make sure that all bugs and crashes are gone in the next version. But we are not at the testing part yet, we are still making sure everything works and I'm very busy with the 'realistic mode' myself. Just stay tuned here or at Moddb for important updates. The leader's health would be far better using an onscreen bar rather than an onscreen counter.

Fortress Mode gameplay/preview:



I've also got another small update. The player will now be able to switch between picked up and replaced weapons in his inventory. For example, when you have a M4 and buy an AK47 it will get replaced because of the weapon groups. But now the player can switch back to his Micro Uzi by equipping it through his inventory.

The bar doesn't drop because you haven't done some maths on the shown value and you don't show the health in percentage. So instead of showing health value, you should show a health * 100.0 / maxhealth value. This way it's going to work much, much better.

But anyway, I do really like it.

It's simply a trailer which shows people the new features, not how to use them. The video is also meant to raise some attention for the upcoming release of v3 .

but that must on GamePlay Video as you create it befoe , it's very nice but the trailer should start with the following preview Picture ...

DAMMIT !!!

When I Play this Mod, My Screen Goes Black and there's A Blue Line in the Center Saying "Not Support".
Any Fix ?

i hope you fixed some random crashes especially at bases when you walk onto objects it crashes you
At the central mission on LS [Bandit] when your trying to kill 4 army mens with silenced pistols
when you go through the stairs/escalators it crashes for me

i think those Special Infected are Invulnerable against Headshots
it could be much more challenge smile.gif
[and when i call for George after a brief talking , my Game crashes, Does this happen to the other players too?]

I'm sorry for the late answer. The crashes you mentioned, I know them and they have been fixed, at least the bandit mission one. I'm not sure about the one with George so I'll look at it again. Thanks for reporting.

I'm sorry version 3.0 is taking so long but there are just a lot of things to be done. I hope to release it in the coming week or the week after. You can always stay updated at Moddb or Twitter.

Seems really amazing

The changes in the universe make me want to play it, I mean, look at the Big Ear, I really like in games when you go into two places and the place is different for a reason (the reason is in the plot, of course), also in-game changes is also cool (Example: Vice City's Hatian Drug Factory, before the attack and after the attack)

but there's no people spawning towards it i pretty doubt it's a bug

The cultist camp is not on top of the bridge, it's beneath it. tounge.gif Beneath the bridge is some sort of high concrete platform, beside it are some boxes which can be used to climb on top of it. And yes, all loading screens have been changed.

i pretty doubt crashes only occurs if you hop onto top of the car or climb onto the custom objects

I had 3.0 tested and crashes are almost completely gone I guess. Except in the past, time travelling still seems a little buggy. I have also tested 3.0 myself and played through the mod twice and I only had one crash, which was in the past on the last bandit mission. I can't find the source of this crash though.
