What's the best ekeyboard out there? what I mean by "ekeyboard" is like a piano that you can play on the PC using the keyboard
You mean a PC keyboard or an actual keyboard? Or are you asking about actual keyboards? There is software for entering notes using a PC keyboard, but they are all pretty horrible. For starters, there is no touch response, so you can't control the volume with how hard you hit the key, and that's pretty important.
If you are talking about using an actual keyboard with PC, there is plenty of software out there, and pretty much all of it is barely passable with stock synths, but you can get synth plugins that are really good. Of course, by this point, you are talking professional music production software. Cakewalk's Music Creator is pretty good if that's what you are looking for.
And if you are looking for actual keyboards, I'd recommend looking at Yamaha ones. If you just want a keyboard feel, Clavinovas are good. They have weighted keys, but still easy to play. If you want a true piano feel, however, you should look at Yamaha Avant hybrid series. These are a size of a full piano, though, AvantGrand U3 being a baby grand. But they have the full piano/grand mechanism in them and a MIDI out, so you can use them with whatever software you want. And then there are the Yamaha Disklavier pianos, which are actual pianos/grands which are fully functional as such, but they also have MIDI input and output. I think they have them in silent as well, if that's a factor.
Do straight cut razors give you a closer, longer lasting shave than the typical Gillette/Wilk Sword/etc blades?
If you know what you're doing, you can get a closer shave with a straight razor, but it is time consuming. If you just get a quick shave, it's about the same with either one.
