They're like the main symbol behind the Borderlands logo.

Oh, well I already knew that but wasn't actually sure in what form they are in.

I just did a quick search and they are carved in on walls and objects. Because I found some as graffiti which I thought that was it but nothing came up for the challenge.

But anyway has anyone been able to get the jackpot in the slot machines? (Three vault symbols) I've got the second largest prize once (three burlesque legs).

Loving this game atm. Love the return of some old characters. Also has Scooter's voice actor changed?

I am seriously enjoying this game right now and glad I picked it up. Started off a bit slow, but I am now on "A Dam Fine Rescue" and loving it. Reached level 10 just now and playing Commando class.

That's pretty awesome, always loved Gearbox and their humor. Looking forward to finally picking up this game on Monday most likely and enjoy playing it on my day off on Wednesday. Seen great reviews about it so far

Addictive? It's like crack, and it's called cel shaded - looks more like a comic book or graphic novel than a cartoon. People commonly say it's like Diablo but with guns, 87 bazilion guns.

Actually contrary to popular belief, Borderlands isnt Cel shaded, its simply an overlay that can be turned off.

So yeah, I think I'm a fair distance in the campaign. I just arrived at the bunker only to find out it's some type of spaceship named BNK-3R, which happens to have a decent amount of health.

I fought it for 20 minutes and had his health below half and then got hit with a laser beam and died. I rage quit after that.

How does that in any way sound like a shader mod? notify.gif

It's a simple value change in the .ini which disables the post-processing effect on the edges.

Ah yes, my apologies. Cel shaded game are like Jet Set Radio and XIII, it just looks 'like' it. There's still smooth lighting on the model and cel shading represent light and shadows more harshly as solid blocks of colour.

Also I got the achievement where you tip Moxxi $10,000, nothing happens, no loot or anything sad face. Her lines are pretty funny though - like when she breaks her voice and starts using her natural hick voice like Scooter and Ellie

Im just going by the shader mod for mincraft that adds the black outline around objects that is dubbed cell shaded.

I like the Zaford and Hodunk side missions, mainly because of Steve, "Heyo!" chuckled when I saw him in The Holy Spirits. I've laughed quite a lot in Borderlands 2, I read all the mission descriptions and quest items, "Arms Dealing" for Dr. Zed where you actually deal with human arms and the actual item desciptpion is "Ohh... Get it?" I also laughed way too much than I should have when I heard Marcus's greeting line for his gun shop with, "Catch-a-GUNNN! *cough* okay I'm never doing that again." Tiny Tina is so far my favorite character, she is hilarious - too many lines to quote from her.

I just reached level 20 with my siren character, what a crazy addicting experience. I must have played for 6 hours yesterday. The humor is such a refreshing change of pace from all the games I'm used to playing. So, so happy I was talked into buying this.

Yeah, the developers at Gearbox have a great sense of humour. I like how they seem to incorporate meme humour into it. For example, one of the challenges is called "Why you (no)mad bro?" and then another one is "Yo dawg I heard you like challenges."

When you turn in a mission, some of the post-mission info is pretty hilarious to read. It makes playing the game a real treat.

So my soldier is level 32 right now and I'm ready to start the final mission, but before I do, I have a few things I need to mop up. There's a couple of side quests I need to do and I need to complete the third circle of slaughter game (did the first two with Lithium yesterday - thankfully it's not like Moxxi's Underdome).

From Kotaku; Borderlands 2 Has A Ridiculous Number Of Hidden Secrets. Here Are All The Ones We Know About.

NOTE; Before you click it ,imo you should consider if you want to know it instead to discover it for yourself. I didn't read the article.

So I just beat the final boss and now I'm level 34. I'll say this - the ending to this Borderlands left me a lot more satisfied than the previous one; however, given the events in this one (backstory and such), I'll let Gearbox slide a little bit for the ending to the first one.

The boss was tough, but I managed to find a "glitch" where I could kill the boss without it even hurting me; I feel kind of cheap and I didn't mean for it to work out that way, but what's done is done.

Now to wrap up one last side quest before I take on the next playthrough.

If you didn't enjoy Borderlands, then you won't enjoy this one. This is more of the same.

Just finished the game as Axton level 30, I must say, this game kicked the sh*t out of the first one. If you have any doubts, you shouldn't. Get this!

Anyone on 360 wanna hit up a co-op session? I'm currently level 23 on my Siren doing all the side missions before you go to the Preservation Area and I'm interested in playing the other characters. So still kinda far in the main story.

GT: Vitrolic Edge, I am in Australia though which is time inconvenient but it should be okay because I'm on college holidays. Late mornings to noon happen to be night primetime in the U.S so I'm free during those times.

I like her, but she would have been infinitely more awesome if I hadn't been a huge HAWP fan for several years prior to the game's release. I was excited to see what they did with her character, and she didn't disappoint, but I wish Ash would have departed from sounding like Ash a little bit and made the character more than just a video game personification of herself.
