Hey, HackMan, I liked so much the HUD you made. I'm so impressed.

 

BTW, can you only change the Radar and HUD positions? To look more like this:

MM, your kinda comparing LCS PC to LCS PC and saying this is how it should be, its VC to VC. I think the 'intented' position doesn't look good because I feel like it leave a ton of extra space on the screen which might be annoying to look at. (that's just me) I'm not closed to all your idea's but some I may not agree on you with but if enough others do agree I'm always open and willing to change the game.
 

 

The current one looks better imo. Anyway nice job HackMan ! :D

MMproductions HUD isn't the current hud. Thats a copy and paste from actual LCS I think, what ever it is, its not our current. Hackman has made the best hud so far. This is our old/current hud http://i.imgur.com/w19ZwLf.jpg (only current because hackmans is almost done)

Fun fact, the position is due to mainly screen space regulations and safe zones. We've changed VCS PC to, so now it pushes out to the new regulation action safe zone as decided from 2007 onwards.

Its all down to how CRT TVs worked and the possible chances of overscan areas being cut off, so an industry standard was made up for on screen graphic placements to make sure it would be viewable for most viewers.

LCS PC is still using PS2 cars I'm just saying we have PSP cars and we intend to use them for something

PSP version is low quality, it doesn't make sense to use them in this mod I think.

PSP just has more of a cartoon look, its a preference. By default the game will load all the highest quality models and textures but in the options there is a toggle that you can use to set the game between PS2 and PSP. Its totally optional

As Sharpie has mentioned there will be an option to choose between PS2 data files and PSP data files.

I'm working on developing a system for this right now, so there is no need to complain about PS2 or PSP files since you will have the option to choose.

BTW, we are doing a great progress on this mod. But there's some questions, I'm just curious:

 

1 - What's the current progress of LCS Mod? How many percent of this mod are done?

 

2 - Which LCS vehicles are currently converted now?

 

3 - On my LCS Mod, the car wheel textures are becoming an issue. The wheel textures on the vehicles aren't showing for me. They're white. And every time I start the game, I'm spawning on a Stallion. Could I spawn on another car?

What care spawns is a simple SCM tweak. What car would you like?

 

As for the wheel textures, make sure that you have a wheel.txd in the following director: LCS/models/generic/

A 'ight, NGClan.

 

I would like to spawn on another car. Maybe a Leone Sentinel, or a Sindacco Argento (if it is converted now) or maybe, my BETA Car, the Cyclone GT.

 

BTW, I would like to start on LCS spawning on my BETA Car.

Don't worry, I think you need only d3d8.dll and storieshud.txd and put it to GTA VC or GTA LCS PC directory.

It worked correctly. But there's a problem. It's appearing two HUDs for me.
