Does anyone look at cutscenes / storyline / interiors much anymore? If so, which or who's set do you find pays the most balanced attention to interiors / cutscenes and outside in the same set?

Really hoping someone can help me out. Can someone clarify on how to install Lord Neophyt's textures? I've downloaded the 32-part download from ZippyShare, and I've noticed a lot of the folders contain the same files. Like one archive will contain a nj_03.img, and another archive will contain a nj_03.img file as well.
On top of that, some of the files have a <-- or --> in their name for some reason.
I had to translate the two ReadMe instructions, which are found in multiple archives in the /pc/data/maps/east folder. But they're pretty vague as to what you do.
The file comes as it is by:Grand Theft Auto IV \ pc \ data \ maps \ eastThe "WDR" and "WTD" Paste Files with Spark or openIV in the "brook_s2.img".That's itThe roads textures however, have been obscured by DKT from me.All remaining textures are of pages from the network where these are offered for free use ....'m Normally not a readme writer so do not be surprised that it is not as you know it.Lord Neophyte
Insert the files (WTD, WDR) with Spark IV or Open in the bronx_e.img, that's it!The file is located in the following folder:Grand Theft Auto IV \ pc \ data \ maps \ eastYou may be contained roads textures are of DKT!, But darkened by me.All remaining textures are of pages from the network where these are offered for free use ....Lord Neophyte
Hell, I can barely make sense of them. But from what I can gather, are there duplicate .img files because the download was split up - so I have to use OpenIV to import the textures from each one, into the vanilla files and overwrite all of them? Why do some of the file names have a <-- or --> in them?
