Good idea, I'd like to see some sh*tty pseudo-tuning thingy on headlights, or something tounge.gif

Anyway, this loader is the best damn mod ever. I just thought - would it be possible to completely get rid of handling.cfg, vehicles from default.ide and all other things related to them and make them all from 7z archives?
No, it's not a request. I even don't play VC tounge.gif

I thought about converting all VC vehicles into this format, but decided that it would be best only to done some Vehicles and add Tuning to them, the Roof on the Stinger is a Definite, Hard top or Soft top?

I would say both.

Ok, got everything working, except some cars I downloaded won't load... mercie_blink.gif Anyways, the car runs fine, but the wheels and the alpha rendering are the current problems. As we all know, SA has 1 wheel which is smaller than the Vice City one, so the game engine renders only that wheel, while the rest are game default. See for yourself:

Oh, that wheel... You must copy the only wheel SA uses three times and place them at the same place as their dummies, and you must also make them bigger, even if it overlaps the car, the game will get it right after converted.
And I'm too having a problem with that alpha bug, if anyone knows the solution please tell here.

You know what's funny? SA cars look better on VC than on SA itself.

I fixed that bug on the Xbox VC Police and Taxi for yojo2 a while back but I cant be sure how I done it.

Edit: Actually I also had to do it for The Oceanic Stretch

Anyone who has made an MVL Format car, feel free to post it here, My Webpage Of MVL Format Cars, all you have to do is sign up (To prevent any old stranger from posting crap) and then just post your work.

Guidelines:
Any Images must not exceed the dimensions 550-230 Pixels
It must be your work (If other modders are involved get permission and credit them)
The short description section must be a short description set out like such.

(Leave 1 Empty Space Between Description and Info Below as such)

GTA Game: eg. Vice City
Version: eg. Current uploaded Files Version
Tuning: eg. Yes or No
MVL Requirement: eg. 0.9, 0.91, 0.92, 0.93

Long Description must contain atleast 1 image of the vehicle.

There are already other ways to get completely new cars in San Andreas, although that needs several different tools. Look for the correct tutorial in the tutorials section.

this mod effect the traffic lights,
not exactly the lights but the pillar of traffic lights,
some times the color of it becomes dark & black,
& some it disappear & some it works normally,
is this happening with you also ?????

@Maxorator, do you think it would be possible to make License Plates like San Andreas has it using this mod, maybe a New dummy we place on the Vehicles and then there is a DFF file with tonnes of different plates that randomizes for each vehicles, It is possible through Tuning but would be alot of work compared to a Global method like I suggested.

Yeah, dude, I've converted cars from sa, so I know it's booring doing all that resizing and dummy placing. And that alpha bug is really irritating me sad.gif

do you use microsoft visual studio 2010 to create the XML files? because i dont have it, if so is there a FREE program i can use to create the XML files? im not about to go out and spend $200 on software just for creating a few XML's

You can open and edit xml files with Notepad

yea i tried with the regular notepad & it failed, i searched tho, found an XML editor notepad, and am using it... cool mod tho, just heard about it today and may have it working today smile.gif thanks for the help
