Try using one of these patches: 1.0.3.0, 1.0.4.0 or 1.0.0.4.
Use a fresh GTA4 install with no other mods to avoid a conflict.

The sky bug (black, red, white) is due to the ENB 0.81 or 0.82 SORA when you use it on 1.0.7.0 patch. The problem comes from the "d3d9.dll" file so only the creator of the ENB Series can fix it.

If you want to use a ENB Series on 1.0.7 (or EFLC) without any bug, see that : http://dreamivevolution.blogspot.com/

Else, you have to use patch 1.0.3.0, 1.0.4.0, 1.0.0.4 as said NaidRaida.

WTF !

With that pack you just change the color of the sky bug ; you can have all sorts of colors in the sky with this bug ^^

And in 1.0.4.0 it have to work ! Try another ENB Config, but I play on 1.0.4 with ENB 0.82 SORA and I dont have any bug ; If I play the same ENB on 1.0.7 i have the bug.

Just Play with 1040, coz many of ENB settings/pack created for 1040 patch

Donīt use any modified shader files. The folder common/shaders must be untouched with the most ENB variants/versions.
