Here is a small modpack ive decided to share, all scripts are open-sourced so any1 can adjust the settings.
In every Key pressed script you can find the line:

(isKeyPressed(Settings.GetValueKey("Key", Keys.X))) //change the .X to any button you like

installation:
make sure you have the .Net scripthook installed and working and put in \Scripts folder.

files: description:

Kick.CS press K to kick hard (this is sparta! style) nearest ped (i suggest changing to any extra mouse button)
small chance of disarming the target (useful while aiming as well)

ZombieZ.CS inspired by "motorsport71", get to the cemetery island tower (see picture with red light)
or just press F9 to start an infection that will end only when player is dead
zombies are very strong and only die from headshots/fire/explosions (almost nothing else)
zombies will push you to the ground (about 3-4 hits kills)
zombies will try to climb anywhere to give you trouble! (*fixed*)
extra challenge added
*ballanced zombie damage and health (zombiez are now killable by cars/falls/enough shotgun shells)

*DeadZombiezBurn.CS addon for the zombiez script that burns dead zombies

VehicularInjury.CS a very simple script that damages the player while crashing his vehicle

PickupProps.cs press C to pick up a world prop (chairs/barrels/trash cans/gaz barrels!/some furniture/etc)
press C again to throw it
press E (default action key) to leave it gently
press Attack/Reload/Cover (punch-kick) to hit with a prop
you can use props as a minor bullet shield ^_^
if any1 sees you throwing a prop they will respond

DrawObject.cs press F6 to give the player a brick to throw (you can change the model to any object you like)

BasicNeeds.cs press B to drink/smoke/eat depending on what object you've picked up (manipulating the health acordingly)
press N to put ANY object in you pocket. Press again to pull it out
drink alcohol and you will get drunk (bottles/coffee/cups/glasses/cans)
smoke a pipe and you will get high
while not holding any objects, pressing the B key will make the player urinate (dropping the alcohol level in the blood)
controlling the player might become harder the more drunk you get
if the police see you pissing, you will recieve a wanted star
theres a slight chance you will pass out and wake in the nearest hospital (for a small fee)

CriminalActs.CS - some peds will try to rob and carjack (more random action)

Trunk.CS - press G to open nearest trunk smile.gif(some random outcomes)
search even in empty cars to find random junk!

Knife.CS - press numpad1 to throw a knife at the nearest ped infront of the player
stand close to pull the knife back, otherwise the knife will be spawned (small chance of loosing the knife)
throwing a knife gets the cops attention:
if any1 sees you do it, you will get wanted level (1 star)
if a cop sees you do it, he will shoot you! (2 stars)

Dart.CS - press numpad0 to stick a dart in nearest ped
if any1 sees you do it, you will get wanted level (1 star)
if a cop sees you do it, he will shoot you! (2 stars)

Arrest.CS - Press the G button to arrest peds. aiming+pressing at them once will make them drop their weapon and put
their hands up. then arresting them will make them follow you to drop them off at the nearest police station
(stations can be lighted by pressing the RadarZoom key while wearing LSD uniform)
press the G button (while aiming) at the suspect near a police station parking space to hold the suspect in or free him
(holding in depends if the suspect has damaged the player, or just a criminal)

d_Crawl.CS - makes peds crawl and die when have very low health (might cause some lags, optionary use)

LSD.CS - disables the wanted level if niko wears the LSD uniform except if aiming/shooting at a cop, they dont like that.

MoveB.CS - makes the player drag any ped while ducking and facing him (must aim low)
pressing the B key will make niko put the ped in nearest vehicle or throw them forward if no vehicle was found
when throwing peds you can direct the camera to where u want it thrown
(the animations arnt that synchronized but it gets the job done!)

Sliders.CS - press F11 to open a sliding gate, any near peds and you will be sucked in (when finished opening)
dropping you on a random spot in a random time with a random weather (any1 seen the series? smile.gif
if any GPS spot exists, it will teleport you (and the peds) there
the gates take time to regenerate

Ticket.CS - when player has 1 wanted star, the police will only fine the player instead of arresting him
(only if the player has more than 1,000$)
the cop who gives you the fine will carry your money, in case you'll want it back
must be still to get ticket (both in car or on foot)
press and hold F8 to surrender and get arrested if you have more than 1 star (hold until arrested)

TEMP.CS - a collection of minor basic features:
Press U' to sit in the nearest car as passenger
Press L to shuffle to the next seat
no stupid animated fall down animation (ragdolled instead)
no ragdolling while being arrested to avoid cheating
Press F10 to reset the player (in case u get stuck with collision/control/camera/attached props/etc) *updated

*extra
InstantCoffee.CS - Press F5 button to have an 'instant coffee' with the nearest female (very glitchy, made simply for laughs ^_^)

-ZombieZ moan voices added (huuuge thanks to Erem!)
-more climbing and less stucking zombiez
-added DeadZombiezBurn script addon (if u dont like it, delete the file)
-if u dont like the dropping vehicles replace the first "if(r == 2)" to -1 or delete/comment the code

-added this is sparta Kick.cs

-optimized the Zombies to climb more efficiently
-some cars are drivable (once driving)
-hitting with a prop increased range

forgot to mention that if you get a ticket while holding a weapon the fine will rise abit and the weapon will be confiscated smile.gif

If I would be christian, I would believe you're a scripter send by God. I especially love the ped-dragging (imagine how useful this will be for movies), and ticket system. Most amazing scripts evah.

Yeah, I guessed about the LSD uniform part. I dare you to upload the LSD police uniform one day though, it was in your 'ped toys' topic mod but the link isn't working anymore.

And that's exactly why I liked the dragging bodies feature, my friend.

Sorry for the double post, lolz

I gotta love your mods - at first I thought ticket would be something primitive, but it isn't. After beating 3 russian gangsters to death, the cops didn't gave me a stupid ticket, I was jailed as I should be instead, ehehe.

Also, here's a pure example why the dragging bodies script is awesome:

I was dealing drugs using your contacts mod, and some grandpa pulled out a shotgun and aimed at my face, I managed to kill her though, pulling out a Glock pistol, hitting it in her head, and then pulling the trigger while still aiming at her head. I then picked up her gun and the money she had, but some russian exited his Rebla and started shooting me with a pistol. Instead of shooting him first, i decided to approach a cop that was near me, in order to make him shoot the russian who was shooting me. But no! The dumb cop AI was more busy to arrest some random russian who had a knife in his hand, even after the cop shot by the other russian.

So basicly, I ran for my life, then found the enforcer. He totally raped the russian gangster, using a M4 rifle. I approached the 'dead' russian in order to pick up his gun - then noticed he isn't dead. I picked up his gun, entered his Rebla, exited it, then packed his broke ass into the car. I drove to the beach where I stopped the car,

I smoked, then dragged his body out of the car again. The beach has been marked by blood from his body. I pulled out the pistol I picked from his body before, shot all the rounds on whole area of his body, then got into the car again, reversed into his body so he would prolly go to China by the sea (yea, he floated on the water).

Just pure epicness.

What I always thought of, would be a 'body searching' script like in Mafia 1. It always annoys me how gangsters have guns, but if you kill them they don't drop them, unless they pull them out before. I doubt it's possible to do, though

damn u should really try using the arrest mod, i get the weirdest random action dontgetit.gif

i arrested a driving suspect, drove him to the station where he blew up in my car!! turned out to be them suicide missions (in Contact's Patrol) devil.gif

i was like... suicidal.gif

then i try to arrest this stripper, so she starts running away... as i get to her she puts a shotgun blowing my face off!!

also - ive fixed a bug in the Sliders script preventing group members to go through the gate, and some small changes in d_crawl and temp

For once again...you are the man! Very cool mods icon14.gif . The ticket mod is very clever and one that it was missing from the game. The money that you pay are customized from "int B=RN(5000,14000);" if I am correct.
By the way I srongly request you to upgrade your prison break mod to GTA IV 1.0.7 and EFLC 1.0.2. It is a very nice mod and it is pitty not to be able to have it anymore.
Also I really liked the Instant Coffe mod (f**k like a beast!) but yes it is glitsy (turned many peds into not moving "statues" after I used it). Hope that you ll make it better because it has fun. biggrin.gif

Edit: Messed with the script and figured out that it's because of the "if (Pede.RelationshipGroup != RelationshipGroup.Cop) continue" part.

I don't know why, but while I'm being arrested by a cop, the value of Pede.RelationshipGroup is always -842150451, which I guess means null?

It will only work if you did a non-dangerous crime, so it won't cut it if you have beaten 10 ppl to death with bare fist. Try to set ur wanted level to 1 using a trainer, then check.

Also, you need to have enough money, and the tickets cost huge amounts of them, so get yourself 10k at least.

I thought it ingenious how you pulled off the move script. I was trying to do the same thing, in a different context, but was stumped, I'm ashamed to say. Great use and control of forces.

i use open source to skip the compiling recompiling phase, i like to keep it simple, just like my body moving script wink.gif

ive seen u have some pretty sweet mods also... great work! to tell the truth i tried to make a simple vehicular injury mod aswell, no luck fixing those dead loop holes that make the code skip an accident.
(im soon to try a new approach i came up with though turn.gif )

You are right HippieCommunist. The prison break mod indeed works with GTA v. 1.0.7, but not with EFLC v.1.0.2
(so mistakenly I though that it wouldn't work with GTA IV either). So the request is only for EFLC.
I also had an idea which I don't know if it is possible to be made. A combination of the Instant Coffee mod with the Home Invasion mod, so when Niko (after the dates) or Luis meet their girlfriends, player will be transported into their houses, having sex (using the animation of your mod, with the sounds of the game). Then the girls will stay laid down while the player will be able to wander around the apartment and eventually leave... smile.gif

This is great idea I have thought of before this was even released, the problem is 'bypassing' the sex game we already have (sex sounds while camera shows the building). Unless, you would make it not corporated into the friends feature itself, meaning Niko would go anytime when he wants into GF's houses (even if he didn't meet up with them in story) and have sex with 'em.


By the way, I have a nice idea. You know that there is the hostage animation ? You know, live-armor, like in Hitman: Blood Money, taking someone as a cover. Well, considering the way you made hot coffee script work, I think it might be possible to take any ped as a hostage, as long as Niko has Pistol/Deagle/Uzi in his hand. Naturally, cause of limitations, we can't make him actually shoot whilst holding the hostage, but this is where my idea comes in.

This would be either for executing the hostage (so if some russian gangster annoyed you before...you take out a pistol, take him as a cover, then shoot him right into his head (I know this is possible, there is animation of shooting the hostage in the head too, it's all used from the mission where u rescue Roman from russians), or, something better. Imagine you have 3 stars. The only gun you have is a pistol. You come out of the internet cafe, you see sh*tload of cops coming after you. Instead of gunfight, you take some random chick as a live cover, as a hostage. You hold the pistol near her head, the cops actually aim at you - but don't shoot at all. Now, you have two choices.
1.Demand a ransom. You could demand money and cops stopping chasing you, in order to let the hostage go. After Niko demands it, and he would let the girl go, there would be random percent of chance that you would get some random amount of money (or none at all), and random percent that your wanted level dissapears (or, cause its random, maybe go up instead).
2. Kill the bitch. After showing the cops not to f*ck with you, you shoot the chick in her's head, she falls down dying and your wanted level increases from 3 to 5.

Nice idea, isn't it? Sorry if it sounds too complicated. Please note this isn't request, just an idea.

Badass! I always wanted to have that stealthy hitman feeling, dragging dead bodies around and actually pick them up when there stunned on the ground then throw them towards a train was a hilarious moment. but I wish you could bring back your throwing knifes & tranquilizer darts to add to the mix maybe sometime smile.gif .

I'm still using his very old Ped Toys mod, I can still throw knifes, tranquilizer darts etc, it works, even if it shows an error at start.

BTW: The TEMP.CS bugged your contact missions mod, most of ppl spawn in air and aren't controlled by any scripts (assasination targets, enforcers)

Same as lolleroz. Can't play the story missions. I replaced the lines in Ticket mod (this is which I use along with MoveB and LSD scripts) but still have the problem. Is it possible to be caused by another of those mods? Did the line replacment;
