Fastback 60s Stangs are the best
GNX is for those, not so aware, the GM Buick T Type Regal variations on a theme Grand National of late 1980s fame, the best of which had better Intercooler IIRC

What made you haul a timeless classic off to the junkyard? If it was rusty beyond repair with a blown engine/tranny and not worth fixing, I understand.

Engine was no longer in it. Rear end wasn't in it. Trans was blown (reason it was originally parked in the first place). Everything from the cabin back was so rusty it would break away at the slightest touch (which it did when we tried to pick it up with the bob cat to put it on the trailer. Saved the grill and the badges off of it.

Kinda reminds me of my childhood. My mom and dad had a 77 and a 78 Cougar XR7 which they called "Leroy Limo". They loved the thing. Back when my parents had the car, somewhere between 87 and 90, my dad's friend, T.C. saw one of them parked at the Diary Queen near our house and assumed my father was there. When he walked in, my father was no where to be found so he assumed, again, that my father was in the bathroom. He busted in the door and shouted, "Get out here f*cker! I'm gonna kick you f*cking ass!"

Turned out, it was not my father. Unfortunately, it was actually a big black man. From what I was told, he was damn close to getting his ass kicked but parted ways in the bathroom on friendly terms with the guy after explaining the situation. Needless to say though, it was fun to hear my mom tell me the story.

Didn't you watch the Top Gear USA episode? A steering wheel like that may look cool, but it's not very practical.

My Evo 6 TME
DeLorean DMC-12
Ford GT40 MkIV
Jaguar XJ220
Lamborghini Countach

Sure I could have filled it with new Veyrons, Paganis and Ferraris, but where's the fun in that?

Nice cars, Markwey. The Miami Vice Ferrari is super cool, and of course I love the Caddy for obvious reasons.

Thanks, pal.

Oh man, the Daytona would be a dream car indeed.
The 1963 Caddy Coupe de Ville was driven in Miami Vice by Rico Tubbs. It's a really cool car too.
Would be damn cool to own one someday.

How old?
There's a bunch of GT-R's, just wondering.

I thought it was a Chrysler Imperial.

Edit: It is, although it may have just been an "Imperial", as Chrysler made Imperial its own brand for a time.

There were multiple Willys Jeeps made in the 40's. There were multiple Skyline GTR's. There were multiple Imprezza STI's. There were various engines available in 76 and 77 Trans Ams.

If you know so much about cars, be a bit more specific. It's a list of 5 you'd rather have over everything else afterall.

I would prefer normal cars available to almost everybody:

1. 1965 Buick Riviera, because I love american style from the sixties.
user posted image

2. 1970 Dodge Challenger with Magnum Engine. True classic that will never get old.
user posted image

3. 1973 Ford Landau. Unusual muscle from Land down under.
user posted image

4. 1985 Toyota Celica Supra. One of the most beautiful cars in the world.
user posted image

5. Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 for harsh land or snowy winters.
