GTA SA: Water reflections?

That's interesting, I'd love to see water reflections in SA.

NothingSpecial, flipped objects under water.

Water in SA is rendered with immediate-mode rendering, means it has same pipeline with things like shadows, particles, some other 3d-stuff. But as I saw pipeline renders these things separately, so we can modify it especially for water.

Completely different game engines. The texture is not the reason it reflects water.

If you look closely, there were also cloud reflections on the water. Does that mean the modder somehow putted the clouds under water and flipped them?

If you look closely @ around the 0.43 part, you can actually see the models flipped in the water.

@NothingSpecial that just flipped object, he admitting that some times ago.

related on this, he was uploaded a new video. he said this version is different than older version that used flipping objects method.

My mistake. That water was made with occl IPL section (SA mirrors like in CJ's houses). Sky is a model which attached to player. But who cares?

On some PC'S, ENB won't work . ( LIKE MINE ). So they use ultathing , but i think ultrathing don't gives water reflection. Mostly , ENB gives. ENB is better. But some people can't run it . So ultrathing works on all pc's icon14.gif

If proper water reflections is possible in GTA:SA, then my best bet would be to wait for what secrets SA:Render will hold.
