So it only works on 0.074g? And not the 0.075s and BUMPTEST version?

Why not some other popular GTA-modding website, like GTAInside? And why he doesn't want to upload it on GTAGarage, as that mod would be pretty cool and would be nice if it would be shared in here.

The reflective water that DSMTuner posted is better.... and has fewer bugs... smile.gif
The one that DENNIS made has a lot of bugs still.. confused.gif And the boat doesn't even have reflection!!!

I think he doesn't like GTAgarage at all...
And he probably didn't heard of GTA inside or he just doesn't want to upload it...

He simply flipped the map upside down to give the impression that it's reflecting. It's the same thing R* did to make the mirrors in dressing rooms and the same way I have it. The result was still very nice.

JF-Mir2

If someone is still working on reflective water, I would like him to really finish it, so it won't be buggy, cause crashing etc. So, if someone has really found a nice way to make reflections on waterf, then all we can do is wait, if it's not published on GTAForums/GTAGarage, someone is still going to find it as here's lots of users that do a daily check on other modding-sites; Vol-gta, Ryosuke's place, GTAInside, etc.

I've been googling off and on, on different ways that it could be achievable ..

Can a texture really be reflective? Could it be that simple ..

I think yes.

If I remember right, EnbSeries uses cars specular light as a "base" for reflections. For example on Super GT and Uranus, they look without EnbSeries like they would have matt coloring (no specular) and while Enb is on, they look the same. And if you use StreamIniExtender to remove Specular highlighting, you'll get same result but for every car.

Why that method can't be used on textures? Wouldn't it be basically as simple as reflections on specular materials?

I'll upload the files so others can try it out. It seems to work only on 74g, the files I'm uploading have to be installed AFTER installing SRT3.

The water wakes seem to alter the reflections.

Where I can download it ?

Just get ENB 0075 and set DepthOfField to around 75, and enable Waterdeep.

For some reason none of them reflection mods look right...

But I have some theory. You know how the floors in restaurants all around SA have reflections? But that's porbably not gonna work out cause it's different in water's case.
