Short description: Here a little while myself and Onclsam13 that we are working on this project. I think the time came to open a topic, we have recovered the famous Spa Francorchamps circuit in Belgium. happy.gif

Wow this looks nice. I like it. But being that this and Laguna Seca are by the same person will they be compatible? Hopefully yes. But I do have an idea because your making these race tracks. You should make a road that goes from Liberty City to a new Island that has some stuff. What ever you decide to put on it. Then you should put your race tracks as part of the island.

Nice circuit! I really like drifting around racetracks in GTA, It's more fun than most driving games. tounge.gif

Wow. I looked at the map size of this track and it looks great. It just got me thinking tho. The 5.0 mods for the Xbox vereion have a tiny secret island right where the indent is at the south part of the map. I may decide to convert the map from the XPL's for the Xbox and use it with this and Laguna Seca. This map would fit next to Laguna Seca too so the 3 maps would fit great next to eachother.

Maybe a bridge from the dock where the tug is could go to this track and all the car spawns could be usefull. There are also carspawns inside the freaght contaners.

The track is perfectly smooth cool.gif Probably a private beta by the end of the month and a public release in April.

Woot that would be awesome. The faster you release the map the better it is. Ofcourse don't rush it, so take your time, we'll wait biggrin.gif
I wonder if people tested stock cars on this track, like on the nürburgring, cuz I made a few handlings, and I wanna see how real they are lol.

I see that you are Using my Road Textures from Laguna Seca on your Screen Shot.
Do you need some help for textures?

No it's not the texture of your pack for Laguna.

But we'll have a private beta by the end of the month (you will have access wink.gif )

Currently the map is very unstable, many crashes because of WDR.
We expect the new beta Openformats to hopefully fix the crashes;)

Will it have specular map textures? Cuz if yes, will it be editable, because if some1 has a graphics mod that changes the reflections, the road's reflection will be increased as well making the roads look retarded, however if we can modify the specular map textures (changing them to pitch black) the reflection from the road will be removed biggrin.gif

Nice work there.
But one concern I have.
Will this track work with Laguna Seca and the two tracks wont interfear with each other?
Are you going to make radar for Laguna Seca too?

As far as I know it does not have a radar. The new one does not have it in the files and also Ive seen videos of people playing on the new one with no radar. If you have radar please send me your radar.img or upload a link to it.

Nice! I just can't wait to see that, btw car mods crash people around you in multiplayer, so I'd suggest taking those out when you are testing.

The modeling of the track is really accurate, how long it took you to model this ?
