Ryosuke's color mod have ragdoll physics ?

So i have been messing around with the Color mod by Ryosuke, I was trying to make it work with ENB series, And i was changing the color mod settings and stuff.
When you type "colormod" ingame as a cheat, The game suppose to stop everything from moving, And it opens a menu to change the settings.
So i have been doing that, And i noticed something !
When the peds gets forced in the air by a explosion or a fast car hit, They enter some kind of a ragdoll mode !
Everything else is frozen, Only the (forced) peds move.

Found another way that suppose to work everytime (at least for me), Get Wild Wild West By ZAZ and Type "EASY", peds will attack you with melee weapons, type "colormod" while they are attacking you, Try a couple of times if it doesn't work.
Ok I'm not really sure what toggles it exactly, It doesn't happen always.
But if you guys would like a GIF image prove, I will do it.
Okay found a easier way to toggle it, Type the Riot cheat "IOJUFZN" and look at the peds when they fight and collide, And keep typing "colormod" until you finally see it happen.
It's definitely a ragdoll effect !
1-Peds do it during the panic run sometimes (Not always), But during a explosion is more noticeable because all the peds within the explosion radius will float and do the effect.
2-Sometimes half of their bodies keep a part of the animation they been doing.
3-Their bones rotate without limits (like those unreleased ragdoll mod videos Ryosuke posted long ago on YT).
4-The player never really do it.
5-Peds don't get affected by any collisions in the ragdoll mode.
6-Peds reset to their old positions after the ragdoll mode ends.
7-Sometimes they do the same ragdoll animation pose, Maybe it's something that has to do with gravity.
8-I still don't know what makes it happen exactly, Trying to find a easy way to do it, i guess it's when they collide somehow.

IF it's another mod then it will be very hard to know which one caused this because i have so many mods ...

maybe it depends on your exe, I use the standart 1.0 with 14.383.616 Bytes

@The_Siggi: Well i don't know, Maybe it happens absolutely random, I use the same EXE i think.
What Adler saw was it i guess, Because nothing suppose to move when the menu is enabled, So if anything moves then it's those mysterious ragdolls.
Maybe Ryosuke left it as an easter egg ? Or he discovered it the same way.

Me and Deji managed to do it without Colormod. It is a regular game bug, not an Easter Egg.

It's because the game is being suddenly paused. Ped anims are partially rendering, however, the game timers are paused, so they are out of sync. When the game is paused and resumed, the ped goes back to the original position and the movement starts again.
Ryosuke probably noticed this and that is what encouraged him to persue controlling the ragdoll effects. I've managed to freeze the game from CLEO before, while retaining full functionality for the scripts, which causes the same effects.
