Well, i can only test it with 16:9, works fine. I believe with 16:10 should work too.

Would it be possible to reposition the radar or something? It looks a little off, but other than that, it's a nice mod.

it would be great if you could do lcs/vcs hud too. also yea, the hud has to be fixed and re-sized. its too small and hard to see sometimes.

need some help, new to modding GTA 3.

anyway I installed the CLEO 4 thing, tried this mod and cannot get it to work at all, followed these steps for the mod:

Installing:
Copy models and cleo folders into GTA III root dir.
You need install cleo library from http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/
If you want to use iv-style icons, rename iv_hud.cs into iv_hud2.cs in your CLEO folder.

In folder named "nontransparent_ring" located hud.txd with health and armor textures from the VC-version of this mod. Copy it to "models" and you get an nontransparent background of the ring around the radar.

didn't follow the last step because it already had a hud.txd that I added over. so what am I doing wrong? I'd really like the HUD in my game because I cannot stand the current HUD

Have you installed CLEO4 or CLEO for GTA 3 - http://cleo.sannybui..._GTA3_setup.exe ?

I installed CLEO 3 first, then it didn't have the mod activated so I tried 4 and it didn't work there either, also couldn't get another mod (cover mod) to work either, I know next to nothing about the CLEO stuff, all I've done is install things, don't know if anything extra needs to be done

already have tried that and just tried it once again, deleted all the CLEO stuff, installed CLEO_GTA3. put the mods in the right folder and didn't work

heres how I have the mods setup:

C:\Grand Theft Auto 3\CLEO\iv_hud.cs
C:\Grand Theft Auto 3\CLEO\iv_hud.txt

and thats all when it comes to your mod, the rest of the files/folders there are CLEO_TEXT (folder), MultiSave.cs and MultiSave.txt while MultiSave.fxt is in the CLEO_TEXT folder

what am I doing wrong?

I've made an update for my old project, now it works with widescreen fix and have high quality textures(and many bugs was fixed also).

I prefer IV hud for 3rd era games, so no, i'm not gonna do that.
