Unused Gang 9 and 10 are the same as used Gang 8 - the Varrios Los Aztecas.

I did EVERYTHING except the cleo patch and it worked like in 95 percent - they don't spawn but can be seen via cheats.I saw firstly my 'russian' - http://oi48.tinypic.com/auxd08.jpg - WHAT DID THIS GUY DO IN THERE INSTEAD OF MY RUSSIAN GANGBANGER?!?!?!Any Sentinel except the Mafia ones had this idiot in there.How can I fix this?He is damn annoying as hell...

Everything is cool.My Russian Mafia drives in Sultans, Packers and BF-400's while the Bikers ride on PCJ-900's, Freeway's and Wayfarer's.I also added bikdrug and vhfyst3 into the biker gang.The Russians control Ocean Docks, Commerce, Redsands West, Blackfield and The Clown's Pocket.Bikers have turf all over Tierra Robada, Commerce & Pershing Square.I especially made the two gangs to spawn in Commerce so I can see them fighting themselves biggrin.gif.Only when I input BIFBUZZ - Only ''Russians'' spawn.They have the stupid look of the black guy in khakis and a jean jacket.Well, it was probably overlooked colgate.gif.

On the PS2 version, gang 9s map color is sapphire whereas gang 10s map color is black. By default, they carry no default weapons, drive only Sentinels and look like the Aztecas. I am curious what Rockstar intended these gangs for.

I have a few questions:

1.is it possible to rename gang 9 and 10? Cause when I look in the stats it shows that the third biggest gang is gang 10 , but I want it with a name pls :D

2.Is it possible to make them attack your turfs? I have the feeling that the only gangs which attack me are Ballas,LSV, SF rifa and Varrios los atztecas...

I need some help with mine.

 

For one, I have GTA: SA off of Steam, bought in in July 2016, and it will not launch from Sanny.

 

I changed the three pedestrians I wanted into GANG9 and moved them into the "gang" section. (I call my Gang 9 "Punks")

 

101, WMYST, WMYST, GANG9, STAT_GANG9, man,1983,1, null,4,3,PED_TYPE_GEN,VOICE_GEN_WMYST ,VOICE_GEN_WMYST

I removed them from their groups in pedgrp.dat and put them into the GANG9 group.
 
Under cargrp.dat, I set their vehicles to the Clover, the Burrito, and the Intruder.
 
As for the Cleo script, I wasn't entirely sure what to do with it, but I basically compiled + copied it to the CLEO folder. Here is the CLEO script.

However, they don't spawn where they were set to, and when I use "BIFBUZZ", anyone driving the cars I set for them is the "MALE01" model with the jean jacket and tan pants.

Yes you can put the locations there too instead of making a CLEO file.

I have tried just about everything that comes to mind, for about 2 months now. I've got scripts to compile but not work properly, either just not work or crash the game. I know you can put the unused gangs in the counties for sure, I've seen it be done, and I can put the other gangs just about anywhere with Paul's save editor, I just don't know what I am doing wrong. A biker gang would be a dream come true and I really really just hope someone can make a tutorial to help us all out. Please and thank you.

However, as soon as I try changing any details (weapons or gang density), the game crashes. Does anybody know if it's possible to succesfuly edit this data in cleo?
 
Edit: Nevermind, I did it. If anybody needs it in the future: You can't just edit the file in notepad, you need to re-write it in Sanny Builder.

Hey guys, I'm back and through my struggle, I found another way to do this, and it's pretty simple and noobish. What I did was put wmycr, bikera, bikerb, under a unused gang along with the freeway bike like the first steps and then placed them within ped.grp along with the skin bikdrug under Countryside and Desert instead of using cleo to do anything. I put them within those pedestrian groups because I like the funny rednecks and the bikers together and you usually cant get any gang to spawn on territories with those groups with a save editor. It's also pretty cool because I also have the skin bikdrug which is the biker drug dealer guy with them in the two pedestrian groups. If you use unused gang 9 or 10 you have to set their weapons probably using cleo or something but what I did was replaced the italian mafia gang in ped.grp and replaced the skins to wmycr, bikera, bikerb and added the freeway bike so this way I could simply set their weapons using Paul's save editor and because I dont have the italian mafia used in mine. I hope that sums it all up for you guys.

Okay I am back yet again and forget about my last post...

 

HERE IS THE EASY WAY TO DO THIS WITH NO MODS.

THIS HOW YOU DO IT BY ONLY USING 2 SAVE EDITORS AND A LITTLE BIT OF BRAIN.

 

First off, take your skins (wmycr, bikera, and bikerb for example) and place it in ped.grp on gang 9 and your other gang skins on gang 10 like the tutorial shows. Now while in ped.grp, take wmycr out of criminals so he isin't spawning all over Los Santos. Now, take the biker gang skins (wmycr, bikera, bikerb, and the biker drug dealer skin, bikdrug) and look for popcycle group farmers and popcycle group desert folk and add wmycr, bikera, bikerb, bikdrug to both of those popcycle groups. Now the bikers and biker drug dealers will spawn throughout the whole countryside and desert except Bayside. Now go to car.grp and put freeway on gang 9 and give gang 10 vehicles like the tutorial shows. (You wont have to give the bikers any other bikes because they may sometimes spawn on a wayfarer or sanchez due to the fact they are placed in a popcycle group and not set in a zone) Now edit your peds.ide file for the two gangs just like as done in the tutorial. 

 

Alright, now since that is done and we have our biker skins set in the two popcycle groups, farmers and desert folk, we need our save game editors, pauls save game editor being one of them. If you do not already have it, google pauls save game editor and download it. It's a very handy save game editor to have. 

 

Now, we need this other save game editor. Here is the link:

This second save game editor is kinda sh*tty, but there's something about this piece of sh*t save game editor that is unique. This is the only savegame editor that I can find that allows you to easily edit the two unused gangs weapons and zones. The zone placement on the editor may be off but you can use pauls savegame editor to help you. If you are wondering why the gangs aren't spawning in the zone you put them in, it's because the zone placement is set up wrong on the piece of sh*t savegame editor and what you do is this: Find the zone on pauls savegame editor and add a certain density of drug dealers to that zone, use a number you wont forget, and also do not forget what zone type it is. Save it and go to the piece of sh*t save editor and find the zone in the list with the same zone type and number of drug dealers on it, and theres your zone. Take the drug dealers off of it and edit the zone as you please, and save. 

 

And there you have it folks, the easiest way to do this, in my opinion.

 

PS, you can also use pauls savegame editor to add the italian mafia to your game as well
