Today is Neil Tennant's birthday, so here's some Pet Shop Boys

I've been a fan of this song for a long time, it was a nice surprise to see it in GTA. It's such a London song.

Lol I have to put this up. Having nostalgia of watching this as a kid back in the early 90s.

From the original motion picture soundtrack of the 1987 film "The Running Man", starring Arnold Schwarzenegger,

based on the science fiction novel "The Running Man" (1982), written by Stephen King.

I heard it recently on the radio, remembered the lyrics, and I looked it up and finally found its name. A really nice tune.

Nice! I like Why from Carly Simon better. I must have overlooked this Clio track. I love their other track called Eyes, from 1984.

I like this good song!

Yeah this song got the BAD feel in it and it's kinda funky.

La-di-da-di-da

Just had the sudden urge to listen to that song.

This one was ahead of its time. Awesome on a huge sound system. Robert Palmer... what a guy.

In case you don't know the original version :)

There is another version from American Gypsy but my favorite stays the one from The System.

I've always preferred Palmer's vocal to be honest. The System's has got a touch of MJ about it but it doesn't quite get there. Great song however. Apparently Palmer heard it in a club and decided to do his own mix.

This was always a favourite by The System:

And here's another because I've got the night to myself and can relax with a cold one

I've been listening to quite a bit of 80's Darkwave music lately. Out of all the tracks I've been listening to, these two are the ones I've listened to quite the most.

One of my faves from the early eighties.

Kind of found this one by accident but it's pretty awesome.

Was pleasantly surprised to find this on the GTA V soundtrack. Hadn't heard it in a long time.

David Bowie - Teenage Wildlife

Kim Carnes - Bette Davis Eyes

Spoiler

The System - Don't Disturb This Groove

There'll be plenty more to come.
