You have to set the compatibility to Win XP SP2. If you set to earlier versions the folder is created somewhere else(not in my documents). You have to run the game once so that folder is created.

I've already said that there's no such folder, I'm not an idiot.
I know where it was when I was using XP. so that was the first folder I checked, it wasn't there.

Did you try what GTA!!! Said and run it in compatabiliy mode? Right click on the GTA Sam Andreas shortcut on your desktop. Select properties and select "Run in Compatibility mode for...Windows XP".

Running in Compabillity mode doesnt help.

Step 1: Go to RUN.
Step 2: Type "regedit".
Step 3: Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
Step 4: Double click on entry named "Personal".
Step 5: Thats the path of your GTA SA user file folder.
Hope I helped! biggrin.gif

C:\Users\Your COmputer Name\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files

If you first install the game, play the first mission > "SAVE" > Go back to your Documents Folder and there should it be

EDIT: I use Windows 7 Ultimate

Your folder must, be in the Data folder (or atleast was if you changed it somehow), and really, it's alot more comfortable when it is there. (for me atleast)
