ok well sorry I don't know about it, believe it or not I've played the game since the release but one place I never really went around was the lighthouse area... I don't know why I just never did, lol.

Wooow!!! Amazing how LowPoly Buildings looks so amazing High Poly in GTA IV , i can't wait for release. You don't have to change the textures, they're fine enough for IV. I keep this stuff optimized , and do my special checks , also noting to make cols of not more than 98 poys atm smile.gif

I can't wait for the beta, and for us to be able to rig characters, your making good progress real quick. Out of interest are you somehow converting IPL's and IDE's or are you manually placing them?

Ocean Beach is now 85% complete (missing palm trees and other details on beach, basis is converted) while Ocean Drive you can say is at 35% , all roads parallel to beach converted , now doing buildings and will soon bring this place to life with traffic lights and lampposts wink.gif

And , for now i convert manually but with modified scripts for max smile.gif , i also have Vc original IPLs in Max to check rotation (as SM can't rotate yet) and position. Dageron's WPL placer also helps biggrin.gif

Nice, how are you going to get paths and stuff to work, I'm not aware of any scripts available yet so does this mean It'll be a ghost town?

IV's path files are in the paths.img and spread all over it in 61 .nod files (remember SA ?-it has .dat files afaik-) and really files are identical almost , so editing that should not be a problem, even though there are no tools to do it easier. Actually only thing that's different are ped paths which in IV are so called "zones".

Ps. i wish Aschratt was here to make that tool blush.gif

Maan , it would be much more awesome if there was .dat path 2 .nod converter.

Im wondering. When this mod becomes more close to complete are you planning on having the night club features at the Malabu that were at Masonett 9 in TBOGT. Like the Champane game, drinking, and dancing just like in TBOGT? One other thing is the strip clubs having the stripers walking around? Are you going to do this or try to make it like in VC?

I dont know if you are loooking for Vc'ed style weapons if not i did an awsome .44 magnum revolver if you wanna use it biggrin.gif

and that part looks awsome, dont use VC palms man! please use the HD ones in the mod for SA and use IV props, way damn more awsome than VC ones
