I tried using my Logitech Dual Action controller in GTA IV and I got the drunk camera problem (camera sways around like Niko is drunk, but he's not).
I was just wondering if an Xbox 360 controller would work properly and not cause the drunk camera problem.

Yes, unless you're lying because you have a downloaded version, in which case we can't help you here since warez are intolerated.

Nope. Looking at my box right now.
It's legal.
Or you could look at my Xbox/Games for Windows Live Profile if that proves anything.

Looking at your profile doesn't prove anything since a Halo 2 key will work, Gears of War, RE 5 etc.

I'm not saying you pirated it just saying most GFWL keys will work.

I'm guessing your controller is not calibrated correctly.

My Gamepad works fine in all the other GTA games (III, VC, and SA).
It's probably a problem with GTA IV. Plus I did a Google search and found that I wasn't the only one with this problem.

My xbox controller works fine for the game. Well as soon as I realized I needed to install a driver for it. Didn't work at all until then. No idea if it will fix your issue though. Post back whether or not it works, sounds like a really annoying problem.

I'll post back if I ever get an Xbox 360 controller, but I probably won't get one unless it's a guaranteed fix.
