hmm iv been playing this game for years and iv never seen that place im going with the vallet mission 555 we tip? i highley doubt it though, or that mission were you save that kidnaped guy and hes finaly at the airport

"End of the Line", maybe...the game saves your progress if you make it through Big Smoke's compound, before the chase with Tenpenny begins.

... Is it "In the beginning"? Which is technically not a mission, but is what your save game is called if you save the game before doing Big Smoke

Or even "Verdant Meadows" The mission for Toreno which involve to go buy the Abandonned Airport to start the missions "Learn to Fly" or "Learn to Fly"?

I think.... End of the Line, Photo Ops, OG Loc all allow saving if the missions fail. When restarting the mission after saving you can skip into the last part of the missions.
