Will the winner get a medal?

I doubt it. This competition happens every year, while the world cup and Euro ones happen every two years. And the winner of those competitions don't get medals anymore as far as I know. So why would they do it for this competition?

In any case, it's far from over buddy. tounge.gif

Oh thats a shame. Well I suppose they cant give out medals (For the winner) every year.

I suppose it is in a way, but if we are giving out medals every year for stuff like this it devalues the whole medals thing completely.

Maybe a medal can be given everytime the overall score is beaten after the season ends, I dunno just a suggestion, Winning the league is a pretty good achievement in itself.

I'll ask a mod if they'll consider giving a verbal commendation out rather than a medal. That way it won't flood the forums with rather pontless medals but it does provide a just reward for a season's hard work. I won't do it just yet though.

Okay cool, i'm not so bothered myself, just thought it was a half decent idea, instead of awarding the winner each year, award the person who sets the new bench mark of points. I hope it makes sense happy.gif

Yeah it makes perfect sense to me mate. I didn't actually mean to quote your post though and wasn't actually replying to anyone in particular. Just musing to myself about a possible idea.

I must have accidentally hit the "quote" button instead of the "add reply" one. F*ck me that sounds stupid... blush.gif
