Version 0.4 has been released!
Note that the save/load feature is in preliminary phase. Use them at your own risk.


The main goal of the MiniConsole is to change the game, all in one mod. Due to the nature of my mod, your game can become unstable. Settings set in the game cannot be saved yet, except the stats. The mod properly supports both 4:3 and 16:10 resolutions!

Features
Cheats
- toggle cheats
- set car spawn cheats to spawn any cars and helicopters you want
Weather
- set weather
- read the current weather
Player
- set your health
- set your armor
- set your wanted level
- set your weight
- set your x,y,z location
Explosion
- set the explosion type of most explosions you see
Statistics - automatically saved!
- set most stats, show the impossible!
* future: finish up the stats, only 3/4 complete right now
HUD - manually saved!
- toggle all HUD, even the ones that can't be toggled from the pause menu
- set the font of most of the HUD
- set the colors of most of the HUD
- position of most of the HUD
- set the tilt of zone and vehicle names
Time
- set game time
- set game speed
- pause countdown timer (can be set even when timer is not showing)
Siren - manually saved!
- set the position and orientation of all strobe lights
- colors of all strobe lights, disco lights!
Garage editor for all available garages and slots
Law
- set wanted level appearance of officers
- set weapon of officers
- set accuracy of officers
- set armor of officers
GXT color
- set the color of all GXT color codes
Gang
-set gang car (NOTE: Many car models crashes the game, use at your own risk!)
-set gang model
-set gang weapon
Miscellaneous
- set gravity
- set money
- toggle infinite run, fast reload, fireproof, free respray, free bomb shop
- set car and ped traffic density
- set aircraft height limit
- set spray shop accept any vehicles
- set the current render level (interior)
*future: keep all your weapons after being wasted
*future: all traffic cars will experience proper gravity

Controls
- Press TILDE (~) while on foot to activate or deactivate the console
- Browse through the menu using the LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN keys
- Any feature that toggles, press the ENTER key to toggle
- Any feature that sets, press the NEXT/PREV WEAPON to set, press ENTER to reset to original

I'm not taking anymore ideas because it takes so long just to implement the simplest idea. I might make a CLEO-type All in One Mod in the distant future for that.

Brilliant 10/10 is there a download link for your current BETA stage of development, how about gravity, there are tools for that but why not include it in this.

How about some things for when playing missions like to pause the clock, or pause the countdown timer that missions like the Taxi have.

I don't know how timers are controlled in the game. The next best thing is to compile a list of global vars that are used by these timers and control those vars instead but that's not the direction I want the mod to go. I'll try finding it out.

Test release
Right now I don't have much ideas on what would be useful to change. My knowledge of the EXE file is too limited right now. The current test release has a lot of junk code that I was using to test opcodes.

EDIT: Instructions that I forgot to place anywhere
1. Place CLEO.asi into the main VC directory folder
2. Place main.scm into the data folder
3. Place MiniConsole.fxt into the CLEO\CLEO_TEXT folder (you may have to create the folders)

My script uses a large number of global variables. It might not be compatible with your main.

btw: I noticed that its not possible to change some stats or values or do they have special controlls? e.g. gravety

Some stats like hidden package are just for show. I can't really get them to change the way other stats are changed.

Version 0.2 release
This should work with VC's original main.scm file. Errors are beginning to pop up when I moved this to a .cs file.
• After loading a saved game at Hyman Condo, do not activate the console
• Do not activate the console while Tommy is uncontrollable (like during cutscenes)
I have no idea on how to fix errors that just freezes the game, like the Hyman Condo error.

I tried it and it's quite fun what can you do with the HUD smile.gif Do you have a source code, bcz I can't decompile it. I need just lines for the light positions of a police car icon14.gif

To decompile this, go to "Debug Option" at the end of the toolbar and select "IGNORE_UNKNOWN." I left a hidden message in hex in the file.

Another problem I found, similar to the one at Hyman Condo, going into Ocean Beach area can freeze the game. I'm still trying to find out why the game does that...

• Select player's XYZ coordinates

If it is possible to add in the console option to spawn a bodyguard in front of you
(I made similar mod) but to be a little bit complex.. like to have option to browse models for bodyguard or to browse weapons for him or amount of health before the bodyguard is spawned etc.

Are you using the original main.scm? Is your gta-vc.exe version 1.0? Does your game crash right after loading or right after activating the console?

The goal of this mod is just to use 05E0 to change how the game works. Each option in the console is a very tiny change to the game. That means most of the stuff that adds to the game can't be implemented. My code is extremely long and inefficient so adding complex mods will mess my mod up. Adding the garages alone already strained my brain. I might remake my old All in One Mod in the future but for now this is what I want to do. Maybe that's a better way to explain what kind of ideas I want.

SUCCESS! I think I found what caused the game freezes! All TEXT_DRAW opcodes REQUIRES this line to be added before ALL text_draw opcodes:
0343: set_text_linewidth 500.0
I'm going to test this and if this really works I will release an update soon.

EDIT: It's the oddest error I've ever found and the oddest fix I've ever found, what a stupid handicap Rockstar made for text_draw opcodes. Expect an update in sometime today or tomorrow.

Yeah, yeah, I had the same problem making my Blood arena mod, there is no text, because always when I added it to the script the game froze, if it works that is great spaceeinstein, good work biggrin.gif

Version 0.3 release
The major changes are vast reduction of the chances of the game freezing and addition of a garage editor that can change the model and colors of your car.
