"I/O error" problem with sanny builder

"I/O error" happens with sanny builder, I'm trying to open "main.scm" but i get "I/O error 103"(is thare another way to open "main.scm" and do coding?) yes i have it set to GTA:VC, (OS:Windows® XP SP3) thanks if you can help...no one else has.

You can always try BW's Mission Builder which is what people used before Sanny Builder was around.

Decode with BW's and then edit in Sanny with the BW - SB converter and then recompile in Sanny.

i tryed the mission builder but it cant open it.
