I've got a few actually.

Gotta love Billy Joel.

I was there for this. I know a lot of people here hate Green Day, but that song is like my main anthem.

Live.

Stone Temple Pilots.

And of course, the Floyd.

Good choice!

This more like the theme of my death but it's great!

I don't really have one theme for my life, but when I'm in a melancholic mood sometimes I can hear faint whisperings in my head of My Bloody Valentine's Loveless and if I'm feeling sorry for myself Deftone's White Pony.

Ah, to be 14 again, sobbing like a pussy in a pitch black basement listening to The Smashing Pumpkins. biggrin.gif I'm so glad I'm the sh*t now.

Speaking of Nine Inch Nails, this one is one of the best songs I know:

Don Henley - Boys of Summer

To me this song encapsulates the moment and place I would forever want to be in, the whole end of summer thing is captured perfectly. The song just has me invisioning cruising along the coast in some sort of converitble right at dusk at the end of summer. It just sounds like the above, the sound of the seagulls, just everything sounds err its hard to explain!

Really can't stand the DJ Sammy remix although the non-vocal mixes aren't too bad in capturing the vibe and feeling of what the original means to me.

Depeche Mode - Walking in my Shoes

I've never been so "touched" by a song's lyrics before or after hearing this song. It'll stay with me forever, without a doubt.

Dont ask me why, but Lady GaGa seems to put most of my life into her songs...
My life theme songs;

Lady GaGa - Telephone
Lady GaGa - Speechless
Lady GaGa - Love Game
Lady GaGa - Alejandro
Hellogoodbye - Here in your arms
Owl City - Fireflies
Johnny Cash - Burning Ring Of Fire

I can sing Burning ring of fire perfectly, too, thats why I love it.
I can also sing alot of Lady GaGa music perfectly, but they dont fit into my life story thing smile.gif

Kansas - Carry on wayward sun.
Glen Shorrocks - American Flyer.

Both great songs. Both intertwined with the fabric of my life.

I think that "Eruption" defines me. Fast and reckless.

Also, most of Green Day's and RATM's songs. Specially "Killing in the Name", "Bulls on a Parade", "21 Guns" and "Testify".

I think this song relates to me the most, the sense of not having an identity and not fitting in anywhere, i am half Irish and half Turkish living in England while he is half Iraqi and half English so i can relate.
