Opening Story

In the year 2010, Vice City has skyrocketed in popularity. It even bumped Las Venturas to second with the "nightlife capital of the world." Jack Clarkson is living the normal life after leaving the Roseblood Mafia, a gang ran by Alexander Stone, a notorious leader throughout Vice City and Fort Madison. The opening scene shows a black screen with Jack as the narrator. He talks about the gruesome life as a "cold hearted murderer" living in the abandoned neighborhood of Hillside in Fort Madison. He then talks about how he "escaped" the gang and how he was in hiding for a year until the gang supposedly left Vice City and went back to Europe. Then a news anchor comes to the screen talking about a a bombing in a beachfront hotel in Washington Beach. The anchor then explains the main target was the family of Jack Clarkson. Another news anchor appears talking about the burning of Kialeah, a town south of Fort Madison. The whole town burned to ashes. Was this caused by the Rosebloods? Or was it another gang? Now the screen cuts to a well built man driving a convertible down the Madison-Vice Expressway. He is talking on his cell phone to Keith Levenson, a close friend to Jack and a successful businessman. After his conversation, Jack stops at a traffic jam. "Are you f*cking kidding me!?" and he beeps the horn. The camera zooms away from the highway and closes up on the Vice City Downtown skyline. Music and the logo appear on the screen.

Missions
Missions will be more difficult depending on the type whether its stealing a car, massacring a disco club, or bombing a building.

Mission #1: Welcome, Pretty Boy
It's getting late at night and Jack is in the mood for some partying. He calls Keith and invites him to go partying at the H2O Club in Downtown. Keith accepts, and tells Jack he's going to invite some friends. When Jack arrives at the club he sees it as nice and bright (bright meaning flashing lights in the front flashing "H2O Club" on the front.) He sees a patio on the roof and walks up there. The roof is just some couches, a few lights, and two murals on the brick walls on the surrounding buildings. He leans on the guardrail and sees Keith pull up in a limo. Kieth, an older man, a brown haired girl, and an Asian girl come out of the car and into the club. When Jack is introduced to the people (Carmine as the older man, Savannah as the blonde girl, and Mia as the Asian) and is called by Carmine. He asks Jack if he needs some big bucks. Jack responds in a friendly but unexpected tone. Carmine explains that there is a boarded up club called the Emerald in the River Boulevard District. Jack drives to the club and gets a call from Carmine directing him to a dumpster inside the club (where the dancefloor used to be.) Carmine directs him to a pack of Molotov Cocktails and a match. Carmine tells Jack to throw them into the club because of a box of Cocaine in the office. Carmine doesn't want to waste time stealing it. Jack burns the club, but is caught by police. Jack loses his wanted level and drives back to the club. He sees Carmine sitting in the V.I.P. balcony and is greeted with money. Savannah then calls Jack to dance with her while Keith is dancing with Mia.
Money: $800 Rewards: contacts, phone, Molotov Cocktails.

Mission #2: Picture Perfect
In the early morning, Jack get a call from Savannah about a picture contest in Downtown. She tells Jack to pick up a camera in Granite Heights and take pictures of a list of places. After he hangs up, Jack takes the bus (yes, you can take public buses) to Granite Heights. The first thing on the list is to take a picture of the sunrise over Washington Beach from the Golden Island Hotel. Jack does so, and then has to take a picture of the Vice City Skyline from a tour boat off of the coast. Then Jack takes a picture of the H2O Club. The rest of the list is choose-able, so Jack decides to drive to the contest at the Madison Avenue Plaza near the Burke Towers. Jack's picture of the sunrise gets 1st place. His club picture gets 4th. The other one isn't in a rank. He drives to Savannah's house in Grand Silver Estates in Fort Madison. She is satisfied with them. Savannah asks Jack on a date, and he accepts. Jack puts the date on his phone for "next Wednesday."
Money: $1000 Rewards: camera, pictures, bus pass

Mission #3: Out of Nowhere
Carmine calls Jack about a drug dealer in Hillside who stole Carmine's money and never gave the drugs. He asks Jack to go to the drug dealer and "finish him." When Jack arrives, men are already gurading the front. The dealer must've knew he was coming. Jack grabs a Molotov Cocktail and throws it at the front guards. He grabs one of the guards' guns and runs inside. Other guys are shooting at Jack. Jack kills the guards and ten runs upstairs to see the dealer already running across the roofs. Jack shoots the dealer as he's about to jump a roof. The dealer falls into the grass. Jack finds the money and drugs and delivers them to Carmine in his mansion in North Belle, Palmwood.
Money: $1200 Rewards: Pistol, AK-47, Sultan

Mission #4: Spreading Words
While Jack is in Fort Madison checking out the districts, he gets a call from Keith and is told to drive to South Belle to look at for-sale houses. As he's driving down the Madison-Vice Expressway, he notices a mysterious helicopter flying over his car. He just ignores it and arrives at the neighborhood. He looks at houses from one floor ranches to three floor Victorians. When he chooses a house, he gets the keys and calls Keith. Keith then drives over with Carmine and Savannah. They help bring stuff in and leave. Jack notices that Keith looked nervous and mysterious. Savannah looked scared. Carmine looked the same, a bold and dull wealthy bastard. biggrin.gif The mysterious helicopter then zooms past the neighborhood, freaking Jack out.
Money: -$600 Rewards: house, furniture

Mission #5: Wake Up Call
Jack and Keith are hanging out at the H2O Club. Carmine then walks in frantic and hysterical. "Savannah's been kidnapped! I have no f*cking idea were she is!" Keith and Jack assure him they'll find him. As they are driving down the expressway, Keith gets a restricted call from a man who is demanding money. A woman's scream is heard in the background. Jack gets furious and speeds down the expressway, sideswiping cars in heavily congested traffic. As they arrive to Savannah's house in Grand Silver Estates. They walk in to see damaged walls and furniture and blood on the couch. The TV was left on. Then from the street three Patriots skid in front of the house. Keith yells at Jack to run to the back to the backyard. Jack hops the fence but leaves Keith behind. Keith runs to the next house. An explosion is heard from the house. "Where the f*ck are they?" A man's voice shouted. Jack hears them get closer and he runs towards the next street. He sees a Sabre sitting in the driveway and steals it. A Patriot is driving down the street. Jack shoots the Patriot, and he speeds off. The Patriot speeds backwards and is about to shoot Jack when he runs a red light and three cars crash into him (the Patriot.) Jack speeds off and gets on the on-ramp to the expressway. But, it is around 4 PM, and traffic congestion is at its highest in years lately. Jack is then stuck in a traffic jam. He sees five Patriots coming towards the traffic jam (from the back.) Jack decides to leave the car and run across other cars then runs across the median to the office buildings of Fort Madison. He is nearly missed by oncoming cars and is almost shot by a Patriot driver. He runs past the fence and is now in Downtown Fort Madison. He sees a taxi and gets in. He asks the driver to bring him to his house in South Belle.
Money: $0 Rewards: taxi pickups,

Mission #6: Bombing
In the new Vice City, train stations are now available. I'm not talking subways. Carmine tells Jack that that he might know where Savannah is. Jack is told to go to Madison Avenue Station. When he gets there, two suspicious men are staring at him. Jack gets annoyed and goes up to the men. He asks what their problem is, and the men point to a sticky bomb on the top roof. Jack jumps across the floor. The explosion collapses the roof. Jack then kneels to the stair. A train comes to the station, but is bombed and flies off of the ramp and onto the street. The last car from the train is dangling. People on it are screaming for help. Jack runs inside and sees 11 people. Two of them climb out. One crashes through the window. Now there's only 8 left. He grabs two and pushes them up. Six. He pulls one up, but the man falls and is killed. Five. He helps two up. Three. He gets another up. Two. The train then moves closer to falling. Lights in the car are sparking. A man is electrocuted. He saves the last survivor and jumps out before the car falls. He is greeted with cops and fire department. He calls Carmine to tell him he'll go to another station tomorrow. Jack is paid $100 because of Good Samaritan.
Money: $100 Rewards: badge, train line map,

Mission #7: Looking Like A Tourist
The day after the train station bombing, Jack is watching the news. "In downtown yesterday two major bombings occurred in the Madison Avenue Station. Just after the first explosion, a train from Fort Madison was pulling up to the station when the second explosion hit the train, knocking it over the side. One of the cars from the train was still dangling. Jack Clarkson managed to save six out of eleven people. This was the worst public bombing ever since the Station Beach Massacre in 1990. In Cape Coquille, a man was killed today after an alleged shooting in an office building when..." He turns the TV off. Jack calls Carmine to tell him he's going. Carmine explains that Savannah's boyfriend lives in Long Branch and that he and Savannah had some past arguments. Jack drives to Long Branch. While he's on the Atlantic Coast Freeway, he notices a black Cavaclade has been on his tail for a while. When traffic starts to build up, the SUV comes closer. When the traffic comes to a complete halt, five men come out of the SUV towards Jack. Jack panics. He then gets onto the median and dodges oncoming traffic. When the traffic on the other side lights up, he gets onto that side. He takes the exit to Long Branch and drives from there. When he gets to Savannah's boyfriend's house, he sees a crashed Cheetah. Jack assumes it's Savannah's car. He walks inside the house, and hears a tap from the upstairs. Jack runs up to see Savannah being strangled by her boyfriend. Jack jumps in the room and shoots her boyfriend. He drops Savannah, who falls to the ground coughing. Jack runs to Savannah. She has lots of bruises. She and Jack get into his car and drive to Fort Madison Medical Center. She walks in. Jack tells her that he'll get Mia to pick her up. Jack drives to Carmine's house and tells Carmine she's been saved. Carmine is jumping with joy. He takes Jack, Keith, and Mia to The Stop Light nightclub in Sea Glass.
Money: $1500 Rewards: discovery of Long Branch, Cheetah, Fort Madison Medical Center

Mission #8: Governmental Business
All over the city, people have been talking about the mayor coming back from a trip to Liberty City. The mayor will land in Escobar International in a few hours. Jack decides to drive to the airport to see the mayor and some government officials. When Jack is driving down the Escobar Expressway, he gets a restricted call from a woman. She says to park at the West Garage. She says there's a sniper in Level B. Jack goes up to the level and finds a sniper. She then tells him to take a bus to Terminals A + B. He does, and then finds armor and a bullet proof vest. She says it'll protect him. When he walks into the terminals, she tells him to walk into the bathrooms. He does and finds a mask and gloves. He puts them on, and she tells him to pull out his pistol. He denies it at first, but then she calms him down. He does so, and runs out and shoots three guards. She directs him to a private hallway. He shoots two other cops and a civilian. Other civilians start to panic and run. He gets to the hallway and is lead to stairs. She tells him to get to the roof and "take out" the mayor. Jack always disliked the mayor. She tells him he'll get lots of money. He gets a clear shot to the head and shoots. After he shoots, SWAT, cops, and civilians run everywhere. Jack now has to escape. He runs to the top, and is seen by a SWAT helicopter. He shoots the pilot, and runs to the edge of the roof leading to the Terminal Entrance. The parking garage is across the roads. He hops the roof and lands on the other roof. He runs across the road and shoots two cops in a cruiser. More civilians run. Jack runs to the garage and drives off. Jack loses his wanted level when going through a dark alley. Drive to a mansion in Grand Silver Estates. It isn't Carmine's. The woman then says that she is Isabella Johanson, a leader in organized crime. Jack arrives to her and is given $5000. Jack is so stunned by this, he doesn't remember half of what he did.
Money: $5000 Rewards: sniper, safehouse,

Mission #9: Party Like A Corpse
After all the mayhem of assassinating the mayor, stealing cars, killing people, and rescuing a girl, that's a lot. While Jack is watching the news about the killing and how the airport is in lockdown (TV shows a live recording from a chopper over the airport showing SWAT, NOOSE, FIB, and cops everywhere. The highway next to the airport is blocked, and the road Jack went through shows the cars involved,) another restricted number is calling his phone. Jack picks up, hearing the deep voice of his past boss, Alexander Stone. Jack is now scared even more. Jack hears choppers fly past his apartment. Alexander asks Jack for a favor. He asks Jack to visit him at his office in Downtown Fort Madison. He also tells Jack to bring some guns. Jack hangs up, and immediately calls Keith. Keith tells him to just forget about it. Keith says there's a new club in Fort Madison. Keith tells Jack to come. Keith says he'll bring Carmine, Mia, maybe Savannah, a guy named Sheppard, and two other girls named Leah and Zoe. When Jack pulls up to the new club, he sees Keith waving to him from the door. Jack walks in to see a darker club (less light) than H2O, but has more strobe, Mini Gressors, and disco balls. The dancefloor is packed. A laser show is now on. Jack talks to Keith about Alexander. Mia calls them both to the dancefloor. The cut scene then goes to slow motion showing Jack dance with Leah (Savannah didn't come) and Keith dancing with Mia. Carmine is talking at the bar with Zoe and Sheppard. The camera goes to outside where five men are loaded with AK-47's. When they go up to the entrance, people run. They shoot the two bouncers, and walk in. Jack turns to see them, and pulls Leah and Keith to the ground, knocking over other people. Some people scream. Then the men shoot, killing some dancers. It leaves slow motion and shows Keith, Leah, and Jack jump across the dancefloor. One dancer falls onto a dance light set and knocks it over, setting it on fire. A disco ball hits the floor. Carmine pulls Zoe over the counter. Sheppard is shot in the head, killing him. Jack, Leah, and Keith jump over the counter. A bouncer directs clubbers to a back exit. The bouncer is then shot. The DJ is shot. Most dancers are shot. The music is still playing. Some lights are still on. One more person is killed as he tries to crawl behind a chair. Jack and the others hide behind the counter until the men walk upstairs to the restaurant. As they're running across the club, they hear the screams of people. Then, just as they're leaving the club, one of the men shoots Zoe. Zoe tells them to run. They run, but Carmine refuses. He dodges the man and kicks him in the head. The man falls, and Carmine gets the gun and shoots the man. He picks up Zoe and runs to his car. Keith and Leah leave in Keith's car. Same with Zoe and Carmine. Jack speeds off. They all meet at Carmine's place. Jack tells them it might of been caused by Alexander. They all freak. Also, Mia disappeared.
Money: None Rewards: None

Mission #10: Lovely Hours
With the days going by faster, and the media and police more involved, people are on their toes. Jack and his friends are in hiding after the incident in the club the night before. Kieth is hysterical for Mia, thinking she's been kidnapped by one of Alexander's men. He then calms. Carmine asks Jack to drive to Fort Madison, where Alexander lives. As Jack is driving down the freeway, helicopters, SWAT, police, and ambulances are everywhere. When Jack arrives to his house, he sees guards around his house. Jack hits the gas pedal, and drives into two guards, killing them instantly. Jack hits the front window. He jumps out and runs inside. He takes a gun sitting on the couch, and runs upstairs. He sees Mia tied up, having scars everywhere. As Jack is untying the ropes, Alexander walks up to them. He laughs, and Jack shoots him in the head. Mia screams, and two guards run downstairs. Jack shoots one, and the other attempts to shoot Jack, but hits Mia in the leg. Jack kills him, and carries Mia through the garage. He puts her in, and drives off. He asks Mia what happened. After she explains, he drops her off at Carmine's house.

The town of Point Destiny used to be a thriving town with lots of nightlife, wealth, and business. But in 2004, Hurricane Dick hit the coast, flooding the town. The land was a "shield" for water, so the water is now stuck in its place, causing the residents to abandon everything. Only a few streets are not underwater. The Old Kaye Land Freeway was the busiest road because of small lanes. Now all that stands is streetlights and traffic signs. Ocean Club was the hottest nightclub in the town before the disaster. Now it's rotting. Players are able to go inside. That area of "nightlife" is not underwater but is too destroyed to rebuild.

Car Impacts & Others:

In GTA 5: Stories From Vice City, car crashes are a lot more realistic.

When a car T-bones another car at a fast speed, it can split the car in two.
When a semi hits the front or back of a car, it rips it off.
You can lock yourself in a car.
You can put blinkers, headlights, and caution lights on.
Tractor trailers are in the game!!
Cars can skid in wet weather.
Car crashes caused by pedestrians and other cars (without player causing them) can cause traffic to halt without the traffic backing up, pulling out, and crashing into eachother. (In GTA 4, when traffic is at a halt, cars still hit eachother, and drivers could never just wait.)
Ambulances, police cars, and fire trucks respond to the scene without driving like a maniac (like in GTA4) and can block the intersection.

Disaster Cheats:
Unlike GTA 4, this game has "disaster" cheats.
Pedestrian riot = pedestrians and cars go crazy and start trashing places, killing people, and bombing things.
Hurricane = this causes winds to be POWERFUL, not just little winds like in GTA 4. Rain is torrential downpour unlike little rain in GTA 4. And some places actually flood (like causes cars to float and people to swim.) Also when driving down the highways during downpours, cars put their caution lights on like in real life.
Thunderstorm = a little bit of lighter winds, but still heavy rain.
Sunny = make it beautiful outside.
Windy = make it have forceful winds.
"Black Ice" = not real ice, but it causes the roads to be slippery, causing cars to skid and collide with eachother (say that you were speeding down the highway. Other cars start skidding and crashing. That would be MAD fun!!)
Floods = cause beaches, lakes, lower ground streets to be flooded (player can choose levels.)
Blackout = cause electricity to go out or to flash. Clubs, houses, and stores would be closed.
"Sideways" = cause the world to turn sideways causing people, debris, and vehicles to fly to the side towards the air. MAD FUN!!

Transportation:

Taxi = Same as in GTA 4, you can take a taxi to anywhere in the area.

Bus = Now you can take the bus anywhere to. You can either take a tour bus or just a city bus. There will be other pedestrians in the bus too.

Highways = Like in GTA SA, major highways, expressways, and freeways will be in the game to get you places faster.

Plane = You can take a small plane to the mysterious islands of Cocoa or just take it for a ride. Jumbo jets will be in the game.

Boat = Taking a boat is quite common in Vice City. You can either take one to get you places without hitting that busy traffic, take it for fun, or take a tour with it.

QUOTE (GTA4Life22 @ Apr 17 2010, 02:25)
Hey guys! I just joined this awesome site, and I've been making this GTA 5 story for months, and I felt like showing it to you guys. If anyone could help me with those cool "graphics" you guys do with logos and maps, PLEASE help me. I have no experience biggrin.gif So here it is (this is just a typed up one. I don't know how to make those graphics for logos, titles, maps, etc.)

Opening Story[/B]

Kieth, an older man, a blonde girl, and an Asian girl come out of the car and into the club.

I have lots more of the missions, etc. Please leave a comment to tell me any corrections. I am asking for anybody to help me with logos, titles, maps, etc. Thank you!! Enjoy biggrin.gif

If you want I'd be more than happy to do some logos for you smile.gif Also as much as I like this project, you need to be a bit more detailed about things rather than just listing them.

Didndt like the playlist. Would really like some Progressive house/Trance. Songs that makes you feel the summer since its in Vice City.
But i like the idee of having it in vice city. Loved Vice city, Loved to drive in Miami on driver when i was like 7. Loved Scarface the game. But nothing cant be better the GTA V Vice City! Really hope that this is what rockstar is gonna go for! biggrin.gif

I like the soundtrack, although Don't Stop Believing is so overused (and thats one of my favourite songs). Maybe you could include lesser known acts and song as well like R* do.

Not the most original topic theme, Vice City has been done before here a couple times.

Seems like you have some good ideas nonetheless, I like some of your ideas for cutting out telecommunications for higher wanted levels, it sounds very cool but I'm not so sure about your amount of wanted stars.

I'm not a fan of the radio stations to be honest, they all seem to have too much mainstream music, one of the beauties of GTA's radio is there's songs we know and love and it's also a place where many discover new music they'll grow to like.
Things like ke$ha being in GTA would pretty much ruin the series for me, and hearing "don't stop believing" one more time would drive me insane thanks to Glee; meaning that song is played on every radio station and music channel all around the world - seemingly on loop.

I think you have some great ideas here but some things like the radio need a big rethink, anyway - keep it up, i'll be keeping track of this topic for sure.

If you must use Journey, use Journey - Be Good to Yourself it is the perfect rock song for VC IMO. I have more suggestions if you want them.
