Meh, it can happen, hopefully they don't spell Isco's name wrong. sly.gif

Just in case I'll look out for us signing Tesco.

Although after reading this report someone may have hacked our database and might make us sign Tesco... I'm blaming Stoke myself, everyone hates them so we might as well bandwagon.

Wow that's really sh*tty if it's true, I wonder who's responsible.

Anyone watching Spain vs. Uruguay? Or are Brits not really tuned into the Confederations Cup because you didn't make it? lol.gif

That was a tasty free kick by Pirlo earlier. Just chilling out and watching the Spain v Uruguay match now. icon14.gif

Spain are weird. They're fun and yet boring to watch at the same time. They just don't play at a high enough tempo for my liking, I prefer teams like Holland and Brazil, rather than Spain. I did watch the Italy-Mexico game as well, that was a better game to watch.

I guess the Brits are keeping up, eh? biggrin.gif

Mexico-Italy was a pretty good game. Too bad Barzagli made that stupid mistake and let them score. Mexico didn't really deserve to score, but they did play well, overall. I like the Prandelli-era Italy. They're very offensive with Balotelli and they're fun to watch.

The way Spain plays is not entertaining. It's not nice to watch, but it's effective. I got tired of watching it because I just despise them now. I'm glad Suarez was able to convert that foul at the end. Even though he's a controversial fella.

Isco has said he has had offers off City and Madrid. My guess is he will want to stay in Spain and go to Madrid.

Spain is really horrible to watch, it's even worse that they have the easiest teams ever in their group as well. I mean c'mon, they can pretty much chill in all their games and still win, and then in semi finals they'll be really relaxed to (most likely) play against either Italy or Brazil, and both of them will be quite tired as they play each other in the last group game, which should be a tough game (as it'll probably decide which of the two will play against Spain).

Obviously Spain is a very good team, but the luck they have lately is just annoying.

30 million euros is a fair price, as well. An excellent striker, and I think he'll complement Arsenal's midfield very well.

If he did sign Higuain he would be the arguagbly the biggest reputation kind of player we have signed in some time and would show some real intent.

I would be so happy if we signed him, just thinking of Cazorla and Higuain linking up makes me drool.

Next thing you'll know, Juventus will sign him! Although I heard they are after Tevez for only 12 million pounds!

City announcing their fixtures tomorrow at 9. Has to be an away game first, and last for that matter.

Hoping for a big 'un. sneaky2.gif

Not a 100% tbh. Must be everyone's.

Hoping for united at OT, first match.

My guess is that United will get Palace away first game. I guessed it that we would have Everton first match last season so I'm gonna go for another stab in the dark.

Kinda hoping for Iran and the US to be in the same group.

As for the fixtures, an away trip to Selhurst Park would be good, get the bogey over and done with, I'd imagine yet again the derby's will be in November and February, which always seems to be the usual months.

Andy Caroll passed his medical at West Spam prior to a 15m move. Still about 10m too much, but could be worse, they could have paid what Liverpool paid for him. lol.gif

Liverpool spent 35mil on Carroll. Silly money but to be honest its not AC's fault that Liverpool paid over the odds for him on a deadline day transfer. And he in no way deserves the 'donkey' tag that has been lumped with him because of the expectations surrounding his price. He's looked excellent for us this season on loan whilst fit, definitely worth more than 5 million.

Now that he is all but a done deal we can focus on bolstering the rest of our team. We've already brought in a Champions League Left-back in Rat, more competition for keeper in Adrian, I think we need another striker, a winger and a centre-back and we'll be set to build on last season.

With the lure of a young England striker to aim at and the up-coming move to the Olympic Stadium of 54,000 seats West Ham is a team on the up. 3 years ago we nearly went into administration, today we've just signed the most expensive English transfer of all time for a cut price and finished 10th in the last campaign. I'm a very happy Hammer.

Aaaaaand Australia's off to Brazil!

... Where they'll probably play like garbage and finish 3rd in the group. They were very lucky to scrape a win against Iraq last night (at home in front of 80,000 people), and given that their team is almost identical to the squads from 2006 and 2010 (bar a few promising youngsters), reports are circulating that they'll be hitting up their pensions once they leave Brazil.

Given that Serbia are utter garbage, it'll be nice to only have one of my countries playing in the WC. icon14.gif
