I have a Core 2 Duo E4400 (2,0 GHz), being impossible to run VCS/LCS at a reasonable speed with the PPSSPP.

On this side of my computer I CANNOT take it seriously... "It's clearly stated that their goal is to bring us PC gamers a port that R* never gave us." If Rockstar DID give us that port, it would have been exactly like VCS on PSP and PS2, take a look at games like San Andreas. That's what I meant. "Emulator wise, they will never be as good as a PC port" But then, it'll atleast be like the original VCS game we enjoyed.
what difference does it make, they can't update the visuals (with official assets mind you) because then it won't look exactly like the ps2 version? and what about emulators? those have a ton of visual bugs, if you want the "original vcs game we enjoyed" you may as well plug in a real ps2 or get a psp, better yet just break the disc into dust then snort it so you can truly be one with the game. what a dumb thing to complain about

Fixing the map as much as possible.

They will have probably missions and activities to finish. That depends on the progress on empire building, which is crucial for next missions.
I installed this again today, to get the neon soaked VC feeling and I was blown out of my shoes. Keep it up and don't let this die. It's simply too good to be forgotten.

I got a few issues regarding the police.
1. FBI can not spawn
Whenever you rack up 5 stars the game tries to spawn the FBI but it crashes as soon as that happens. Will this game ever have the undercover police from GTAVC?
2. ( i think ) the game hangs when you shoot down the police heli.
It's supposed to be silent and have a pilot ( he drops the pistol/nightstick too )
3. Rangers spawn near Diaz's mansion
Redneck cops still spawn near Diaz's mansion, which seems that if i was in the SA map i would be in the rural area. I'll still be keeping my Ranger as a souvenir when this gets patched.
I'm loving this mod, i wish i had mission-programming skills as good as you guys.
