@Vehicles: Are the tail lights going to be like SA (they switch on and off with 2 different textures) or is it gonna be like VC where you add a light 'object' and attach it near the position of the tailight?

The reason why Im asking this is because I drove a VCPD cruiser but the tailights luminosity were barely visible.

Ah yes, it would be nice if they were remade in VCS style and appear parked at the same places as they do on VC.

it's weird, this time I'm the complete opposite of how I was with BETA2, with BETA2 in the final few weeks I was just like "Screw it, let's get it out there, then we can focus on other stuff", but here, I'm like "Damn, we're in the final month, still stuff that needs to be fixed, what if people notice bugs here and there?".

Ironic enough, Chapter 2 contains barely any empire stuff (which has set us back with missions so far), so they SHOULD be done faster but I can't give a date on that yet obviously.

Model is from Vice City PC, textures are from PS2 version, edited to have VCS features.

Well we could but I still want BETA 3 on release to be like this big bang of an achievement, everyone of us has put so much into this, just the smallest and minor of bugs drives me mad, which is amazing considering the state of the map in BETA2. tounge.gif

This mod is amazing and this is because real team is working on it, not people doing 100 TC's at once as most of this rage bullsh*t.
honestly i admit that when Hackman leave the project and you did some time off i was sure this mod will be dead
Respect for not geting bored with the project for such long time, and I hope that it will not get boring for long time to come.

Yeah, the point in support a TC like this is that the team is still working on it. Once the team stops working on it, adding stuff, etc it begins to die slowly, because theres always something else that could be added or improved.
Hope you guys keep working on this and I hope the eventual multiplayer mod motivates you further wink.gif

Sasquatch is a late 70's/early 80's inspired Monster Truck based mainly on 1979's "BigFoot"

Cougar is also present in VC's game files, and can be seen in this screen. (featured in SA's interiors)

Nooo, it will feature most street peds, but there's still a batch of uniques that haven't been converted, mainly for future mission use.

edit: Just to clariify on that what you're mainly missing now is the East Island peds to, such as the swimmers, beach goers, etc, nearly all of the city and mainland related peds are done.

I know this may sound silly but I hope one day you find the inspiration and the time to add LCS map, peds and vehicles as well so we could have the 2 cities. heh
I don't even ask for the missions and the storyline etc. I'm just interested in the physical part, because the multiplayer would do the rest tounge.gif

I've always dreamed with that. Sure theres GTA United, they have done a fantastic job acomplishing that and I've developed a major part of my Roleplay script in that total convertion. But Vice City Stories beat the normal Vice City by hundreds of times. And so does LCS over III.
Because the map itself is more complete, more friendly and more colorful(this one goes to Vice City stories) with all the neons, sky colors, improvements, etc.

Oh well it's not impossible, but it's better to let this mod be finished first xD
Anyways, outstanding work you've been doing here. Congrats.

Never gonna happen by us, we're just focusing on VCS, there's another team out there doing LCS, and even IF we were to do LCS, we'd want it to be a complete package again, so it would have to go on it's own first.
