dw we don't bite. I can't remember where but there is a police station with a heli pad on the 4th island where you can go against police coming up the stairs and through the two doors on the top level. It's a bit harder with the helis but IMO it's better than shooting police coming through a door 0_0

Welcome to the forums!

There's one place in the Bohan cop station's parking lot. Park few cars for cover, and start shooting towards the street. Even choppers can't get you, 'cause of the E-train track above you. I got the One Man Army- Achievement there.

It's here.

I like the old factory where roman got kidnapped.

Anyway the cops are too stupid to come in there, so i have to spawn attacking cops in there :<

I prefer creating a bodyguard with a weak weapon while i have a p90 and try to fight from the prison on foot to the airport, without godmode. i did it once, its reaaally hard..

Try my favourite siege nest in Alderney, not far from Niko's safehouse. (Driving out of the Booth Tunnel, it is the third turning to the right). It is the ledge up the ladder on the Ron Oil building. The ladder is the only way up, but there are door canopies over the wall that Niko can jump on to if he should want to. Just fire at a few peds from up there to get things started. He has almost the complete advantage up there, even for shooting down choppers. Just as long as he stays within sight of the top of the ladder, he can blast away merrily and lob grenades over the edge on to the multitude of law enforcement vehicles that will pile up there. Plenty of weapons to be picked up from fallen cops coming over the edge of the ladder, so Niko can hold out for AGES. cool.gif

firebolt i know where he is talking bout its here ladders in the alley beside it

i reckon the best spot is the roof of the building in alderney where pakie takes that girl forgot her name hostage and u take a picture of her in there. theres a little part to the right from the door you exit that you can climb over and hide behind the wall and the cops fleet up the stairs and u can use a shotgun to take em down or u can shoot some in the alley out back of the ledge ill post a pic of the spot soon.

My favorite spot for long-running shootouts are the enter-able hospitals in Broker and Alderney.

One of my favorites is the Lancaster safehouse from GTA: Chinatown Wars. It's near the Middle Park East safehouse in GTA: IV and near Alex Chilton's place.

The hospitial in (Algonquin I think it is) is the best. Run down the hallway and just use the cover thing and just slaughter them as they come around the corner. WARNING! Bring ammo worst thing to do is run out of ammo haha.

Theres a bit in the Northwood(?) police station car park, the one near the North Superstar Cafe. If you go in the car park from the barrier side and go in the left corner, theres a staircase you can go up which leads to a room with windows looking out onto the car park. Just keep the stairs covered =p.

The Majestic Hotel, behind the counter
Peruese clothing shop
(TBoGT) MeTV building (the building with Ray Bulgarin's Hockey mission)
ohh btw, stay in the subway trains area to lose police quickly as they dont hang around that area and you can flee unseen, good for the one man army achievment

lmao ok so i found this realy fun, this might be hard to find cuz my directions suk.

but go to midle park and somewhere there is like a building near the walls of the park with a bunch of stairs (im sorry u probly wont find it with these directions).

but there is some scafolding on the side of the building, go up the ladder and ull be on a platform with a roof, and enclosed 'walls' (just some drapes but they work).

have a sniper and kill a jogger, then wen cops come kill a cop, and then stand in a place in the platform where the helecopters or people on the ground cant shoot u.

aim ur sniper (sniper is most fun and easy to free aim) and the cops will one by one climb up the ladder. u wont get shot once because of how long it takes them to stand and get there gun.

either shoot them once there head comes up so they just fall to the bottom. or the funny way let them stand up, then shoot them in the leg or something and watch them stumble around like a retard and fall off the edge and die on the ground below lol. i found this realy funny wen im bored.

ALSO IMPORTANT NOTE! IF U HAVE LIKE 15 MINUTES TO DO IT, ULL GET 6 STARS EASY.

then wen u get bored of it, jump down to the ground and there will be the like 500 dead cops just laying there lol.

Oh the Libertonian Museum? Yeah I go there too. I also do that at other places that has a ladder. Yeah I agree it is pretty funny. I like to throw Molotov Cocktails and Grenades at them too.

^Yeah, behind the musuem is a good place where dumbass cops keep climbing up the ladder and into your bait. Infront of the hospital on the first island is a good place as well (hide behind the first pillar that has benches where people can sit at).

Go here and use a car to block the door leading into the wearhouse then go around and climb the latter and sit in the door way facing the ladder and provoke cops. You can shoot them as they climb up the latter.

Oh sick, I can't believe I forgot to have shootout against cops at that place. Nice. I'll try that out. Another good place is in the alley way next to the construction site near UL Paper building. There's some armor that spawns there. Just take cover behind the wall and the helicopters can't shoot you.

Good place for a shootout......(If you have gotten half way through the story) is where you go to rescue your friend when he has been taken hostage and have that massive shootout. Just nest up on the balcony at the top floor of the building, and unlease hell upon whoever you wish.

Playboy's house like someone said is good for a laugh..stand over at the walls edge and start picking off people in the street..then when the cops show their face it gets better. I was actually surprised of their cleverness during the shootout. At one point I was standing just outside..on the balcony..in the open..when suddenly I was getting mobbed by bullets to the point where my health was so low. Then I realised where they were coming from..the other rooftop opposite..I think you can go through the hallways to the roof in that building. I thought the cops..knowing them..would just be too stupid to do that.

Yes the cops are way smarter in GTA IV then I had expected. It's like they are thinking by themselves and actually discuss plans back at the department. Haha

The Grotti dealership is a good place to hold out, you can shoot cops & NOOSE coming up the stairs and you can smash the windows and throw grenades onto the street below to blow up all the parked vehicles.

Also when you want to escape there are lots of Ferraris to drive away in and when you have 4+ stars, getting into one reduces your wanted level to 3*

I've had loads of shootouts in the Scothlerr Medical Center. It's the best place in Broker to start a shootout and it's great for using cover. Also, the Sprunk machine inside the hospital is an excellent way to get back your health without using cheats.
