RawTalents Basic Map Parts

Call it a day early Christmas Present


Here is a basic map with all the necessary parts to create the basis of a map mod, all you need to do is
play about in Med arranging them however making whatever type of city comes to mind, add some builgins
from san andreas or your own and you have a brand new city!!

But best of all no modeling skill required, all you need is basic knowledge of Med


If this mod or any part of this mod is used in another you MUST ask for permission first and you MUST aknowledge my work

Ah, nice work Bam, I thought about doing this a while ago but never got round to it smile.gif . I like the look of the grass and the roads, but is the road and the grass separate models? If they were, then you could assign the grass collision surface to it, if you haven't done that already smile.gif . I can make a few more pieces of road if you need? Prelit, of course wink.gif

By the way, what road width are you using? 240millimeters?

Not sure aboyut road width to be honest i just made it wide enough fro SA vehicles, i am thinking about releasing a buildign pack too so poepl don't even need to find models that work in SA, i haven't done the grass col settings yet thanks fro reminding me. If your on msn at all CF33, il talk to you about it smile.gif

Yup that and they wer to hand, the beauty of it is all the pieces use the same texture file so you change the texture and it changes all the pieces!!

hope you with the time add and add more usefull parts, but believe me this will create 2x noobs in modding society, alot of ppl will start making maps like fking mads and then say "I did this roads and stuff like that" and well
your great effort will be gone to the trash

2MortalHuman, maybe because yours are in OBJ format which isn't familiar to everyone and this one is already usable ingame, just open MED and move those pieces??

yea thats what i mean. that's cool, it's like the next level up for ease of use, nice 1 Bambam.

It would be awesome to see people making beta-layouts and pitching them as a source for full projects with these!

Hope this time Mods dont discover you and Ban you tounge.gif , and i was saying it couse there are fools without any percent of brain that take this awsome models, do a map with em and later say they modeled them and Bam is the guy that looses tounge.gif
