XD yeah i did use the head and made him mad and the texture looks more real and add the some hair on his face lol but still not done i will make it look more like hunk smile.gif or ask Beeswax for help just for the head and i will send this for download

i forgot about looking darker, its light for real its just the pic that does that ingame looks very good i real make a pic soon smile.gif

as pessimistic as it can get...

wait for the modders/developers officially announce before saying it's dead...

after all, they have IRL issues to deal with (if i do remember, one of the main modders have a son, and children deserves A LOT of attention)

still, i'm a little worried about the project's future

anyway, brace for the worst, hope for the best

They where planning to move the mod to another game so i don't think IRL troubles have anything to do with it. Boredom with GTA SA sounds more like it.

Im making my own outbreak project on the called Resident Evil Outbreak Source.But its not of any of the GTA games.Its for the source engine.

Right now Resident Evil Outbreak Source is in very very early developement.There's no page yet,and about the character and outbreak levels.I'll try to pull some strings.if not the levels will be built from scratch.

Sorry for the bump but I want to let everyone know that Outbreak File#3 is Alive but it has been moved to a new game engine.(Fallout 3).San Andreas obviously doesnt have the functions that is needed to give the Resident Evil Experiance.

Actually, Fallout 3 makes the perfect atmosphere for the game. Good choice of game, except New Vegas would be better.
You can do so much with fallout; weapons, characters, quests, items etc.

Boy oh boy... people are doing something FOR FREE, that takes a helluva lot of time and effort and you're bitching because they didn't gave you everything they've done the way you wanted.

You need to get away from the PC for some time pal... trying "Real Life" can make you actually THINK before start bitching. Things like family should come before games. unles you've marryed your DS

Back on topic:

Vice, will the project updates still be posted here? if not, could you give us the links to follow the mod progress (modDB, fallout 3 nexus, other forums etcetera)

also, i'm a little worried about the fo3 engine "limitations" (ladders, for example). and... well... i don't know almost anything about fo3 mods and it's limits but... could you share some ideas about how will you "enhance" the SPECIAL system (perks, levels, karma...), the VATS and the menu? it'd be pretty weird explode a T-00 head using VATS or having a PipBoy in raccon city

well, i have faith in you guys. had faith for some years, and think you could deliver an excellent mod.

Ninja_Gear, Why are you being such a bellend? This mod looked amazing and it would be awesome to play, but if the mod was to die then it's not the end of the world. Afterall they have atleast started the mod and lasted a few years.

no we are no longer working with the gta engine.I don't have any remodels converted to gta sa.Beeswax has them.

& Ninja_Gear how F'n DARE YOU disrespect Beeswax and his family.He has responabilities just like everyone else on this forums.Just for that if Beeswax does release any models for gta sa,i'll make sure you don't get any privlages to download any.And believe me I can make that happen.

Anywho,

Just to give a heads up.Resident Evil:Outbreak File#3 has been rebranded as Resident Evil:Bloodlines and has been moved from the outdated san andreas engine to Fallout New Vegas.

I'm so stoked right now, Resident evil 1, 2 and 3 are my favorite Resident Evil games of all time.

I guess you missed the announcement.....I already made an announcement on behalf of BeeswaX that this mod is no longer a GTA SA mod.It has been moved to Fallout New Vegas.

and no,there are no downloads.they have been discarded because we are not coming back to the SA engine.The reason behind this is because SA is very limited for what we want to deliver(Animated,Coding,etc) Its very limited,and everytime we would get help from fellow modders that say they would like to join our team and then when we ask what do they have to offer(Modding Skills) we get a simple"Oh I have school,Can't help anymore"We don't have time for that crap anymore.

plus Resident Evil stuff looks out of place in GTA games.
