Introduction

Yes, I know, another audio hook might be a bit strange, but, as you know, the 'Vehicle Audio Editor Ultimate' by Alexander Blade has a lot of glitches. My tool aims to be a glitch-less audio hook for SA. However, it would not have been possible if the two editors by Alexander Blade did not exist, since I've used some research from it.

Advantages/disadvantages over VAEU

Advantages
- Independent of Windows' language settings
- Configuration file based on XML
- Will copy default data, so no more copying everything in the configuration
- Less glitches while reading the configuration
- Works with SA v1.1 and v2.0 as well

Disadvantages
- Requires the .NET Framework and Visual C++ 2008 runtime

Interesting idea from you, do you really think people with v2 wants to mod their game? They just can downgrade it..

hey thats cool! A few suggestions though. Maybe you can remake Ryosuke's weapon adder and Alexander Blade's handling adder? No offence to the authors, they are great tools but they still cause significant bugs for example the weapon adder causes the game to crash when you release a flare from Hydra and cj becomes deformed and cant move when getting on certain bikes. handling adder causes some helicopter flying data to go awry and some planes wont fly.

Also, maybe you can consider trying to make a rhino tank adder or hydra adder? Anyhow, nice tool you have made here smile.gif

I made this tool since I needed it for Citizen, I think the weapon adder is a _lot_ more difficult to code.

Anyway, just released version 0.22, fixing a crash bug occurring with vehicle IDs of 612 or higher.

This was done deliberately?

Can you compile a separate version with a statically link runtime (with out any dependency)?
(in Visual Studio 2008 menu Project->... Properties (last item) Configuration Properties -> C/C++ -> Code Generation -> "Runtime Library" change to "Multi-threaded (/MT)")

If you succeed at combining /MT or /MTd with /clr, please tell me, since it's impossible. wink.gif

after installed it and when i start the game, it crashes at the of the load screen.
