@cgt Looks good so far.

Your taxis is going to look great in gtaiv, as long you properly set up the materials.

For curiosity, here's some links if you want to learn gta4 conversion.

http://www.zmodeler2...?mode=downloads

Setting up the materials is a bit more complex, but once you understand the basic, its second nature.

I have a 3d model checker marathon that will convert to gta sa. Gta iv wanted to know but not convert.

Me and guy with nickname Alex_SS, is making, improving, converting models for GTA 3. So, can you give us this Checker's model? You can see a example, of our work on the video with FCV P72 1999 :colgate:

And here you can see models of Ford Econoline and Chevrolet Step Van made from scratch. It's a great quality of models.

@Carface80 This car was not that I did, downloaded on any website of 3d models, I intend to convert to GTA SA.

@RoadRunner71 Buick stopped by this while I am with other projects first.

@Oldsmobile_85 I can pass the Checker, because I know not convert to gta IV but like him with all the details of Checker Marathon 80's New York City Cabs.

Looks great, the good old 90's

Here and Crown Vic's, by the way  Nice colleague for your Caprice

Excellent texturing, incredible detail, absolutely awesome and professional quality considering the limited resolution. Very well done, I'd love to see the '91 Caprice with this detail!

Also, I am still wondering why there is no proper 2nd gen Crown Vic released yet.

We also have a FCV 95-97 model. Grungy Harry was making this model.   :) It will be improved, like that FCV 1999.

CV 1999 and 2001 will be firstly for GTA 3, then will be converted for GTA 4. CV 1997 will go the same way.

I know a lot of people want that Ford for Grand Theft Auto. A decent model. You should start with a stock/civil one!

A guy with nickname Alex_SS downloaded it from a website with freeware models and improved it, with my and Pumbars's help. It's the same model that Schaefft has used, and then was converted by chasez. You can see a difference, here http://gtaforums.com...ia-nypdtaxifbi/

And also will be a LX.

The best model CV currently on the scene of modding. Respect for the work inserted in the detailing and overall the whole model. :)

Awesome, I remember Grungy Harry's model, even downloaded it from 3dcadbrowser ages ago. I'm wondering what happened to him.

Cant wait to see more, its great to see someone loves these (now) old cars often seen in 90's american movies as much as I do. :)

And not a V2, because it has a different author: me.
This would be a whole new convert.

Awh, that's sweet!

I released the Caprices unlocked FYI. You could use the models and import equipment etc. in case your model isn't converted yet. Would spare you a whole lotta work.
