Well, the mod will be set in '90s in Miami Vice style. Orto_Dogge, omar612 and other idea writers will help me with the storyline, and frank.s and me will work on missions. But first, me and frank.s need to convert all of the already made stuff to VC. biggrin.gif

Yeah, right. Shooting limbs off would really suit a cop story. suicidal.gif It makes the game more violent, and this mod intends to limit violence to criminal arresting, gang killing and car confiscating. smile.gif

colgate.gif well guys, its good to see that u moved this mod to VC.
I also dont like the gta3 engine.
I just read about this mod 15 mins ago and im happy that now its for VC.
biggrin.gif Yipeee, there is no need to download gta3 for this mod.
inlove.gif cant wait to see how this looks in VC.

And here are the reasons why I can't make it for SA:
1) SA has way better engine than VC, and so it is so hard to script
2) If I want to replace the player model, it won't be only a few skins, but whole player.img with 500 skins!!
3) SA has much bugs, and it is so easy to make a bug and crash the game
4) SA's map consists mostly of binary ipls, which TonyW's map editor can't support
...and many more reasons biggrin.gif

Well, that's for inexperienced users. And i'm glad it moved to VC smile.gif

I can help you with timecyc and other skies, feeling stuff, i have serious ideas about miami feelings.

(Sure i can do vehicles and maps, but, i don't remember how to make cars for VC anymore.)

Yeah VC is better. You got right, drakic. LC is ugly, dark, and I think same as you. VC is sunnier, more beautiful and it has a Miami spirit in itself. Excellent decision!

dont be an idiot and admittedly say that u were gonna download gta III off a warez website to play this, gtaforums doesnt support warez files. so if u r thinking about downloading vc off a warez website, think again...

Yes, VC is way better than GTA III. Missions will be better too, and even more features will be added! So, you mean that you can do weather effects, right? Like sunlight, sky color...? smile.gif

VC has the great feeling from all GTA III series city's in my opinion and a good storyline combinated with good skills can make an huge impact. I wait for some VC Screens. Good luck!!!

Thanks. Screens will come soon. Paul is skinned (for now like a regular cop), there are two new cars (thanks to ALMOST610), text is changed, there are police ratings and I'll add some of Barton Waterduck's stuff! smile.gif

Sounds are reffering to MP3 music, and that is cop radio station. SuburbianNightmare recorded 3 files, but I have only 2. When he sends me the third, sounds will be completed. biggrin.gif

We need a pedestrian model rigger, i make the peds, but somebody needs to rig them.
Zmodeler dosen't support skeletal meshes.

NEWS: Check the mod's main post, as lot of new features are being added, including ENB Series, HQ Radar, HD Roads, Grass, Palm trees, Peds...
Also, there is a new section in the topic's main post called 'Artwork'. You can get your Police Stories avatars, signatures and a lot more artwork there.
Right now frank.s is working on script for v1.3. When it's done, we'll inform you.
There is also a new Timecyc, cars, text and much more... smile.gif

BEFORE ANYONE ASKS THIS PICTURE IS FROM LIBERTY CITY ITS THE SAME GAME AS VICE CITY (liberty city is its mod)

frank.s - This is just a WIP version and because Drakic tell me to look on internet after some bolivian cartel members (by the way i found only some data, not pictures of members) i need to know if this fits by the descriptions. By the way, suggest me more better kind of colours for shirt and pants.

omar612 - You are right, it is Liberty City mod for Vice City engine.

The year is 1990,so I think that the colors must be darker.He should be dressed in shirt with darker color.

The Voodoo in GTA:PS will be convertible and non-convertible.
I have nearly finished it and will test it and send it to drakic soon.
More news, all GTA:PS cars will be the higher quality xbox ones,
credits to yojo2 for converting them, and ALMOST610 for the three cars
(Premier Grand Hermes and Roadhog) made by him that will be in GTA:PS too. icon14.gif
