Hello.. i always be driving around at night in GTA IV.. and under you car is a ugly 64x64 texture that's dark and pixelated, so i came up with this.. i enhanced the textures up to 1024x1024 for both bikes and cars! biggrin.gif

i only have 2 screens so far.. and i don't have any before, just after... soo.. if you would like to.. ill edit the first post with your screens in it Shifty41s_beerhatsmilie2.gif

Is it possible to make them a little lighter? 'Cause I don't like that they are so dark. Nice work though icon14.gif

Nice work with the new shadows under the vehicles! icon14.gif
@GTAdedan I think the shadows should be very dark, this is because in real life shadows becomes darker the closer the object gets to the ground. This is allso a effect that most games don't have ex. Crysis etc.

the shadows darkness depends on weather/time in game... in day time they are not dark....,. and i took the pics in a dark area soo you seee all of the shadow

BTW thanks for the comments everyone biggrin.gif

this is pretty cool, its one of those things nobody really thinks about. Why dont you PM the guys doing visualIV mod and see if they can implement it into their mod, it'd be the icing on the cake for that mod.
All the best mate and good work

Hi, great mod! Could you possibly make it in the next version so that we can control how dark the shadow is? If you've seen the game on consoles, you'll know that there isn't mean to be a big black patch under the vehicles. I don't know if this has to do with the amount of pixels or the brightness. I prefer it when there's a little bit of shade under the vehicle itself and a small, darker shade under the vehicles' tires.
