went to your forums for pics... 2 things, 1, LCS is using the VC engine, not the Sa engine so you really should be making this with VC.. and 2, the hell is up with the random crappy texture changes? you've made tree's look all cartoony and crappy...

On engine SA it is easier to realize missions from LCS, as in SA a lot optcodies. And animations of cutscenes in LCS is in format SA.

kinda. the swiming system looks improved, and you can only last in the water for a while. also, you couldnt grab people in SA

Its an updated LCS engine which is a converted VC engine

The VCS engine is actually a cross breed of the LCS Engine and elements from the SA Engine. Amazingly enough, out of the GTA3 era, VCS actually has the best Interior system (SA had the worst) because it took the space saving element from SA and the Above City spawns (for shops, small places) but also matched up locations and kept it in line so Windows could see outside for other places (Vic's apartments, Cutscene locations, etc).

How can't you understand that LCS has modification of VC engine too! Because in LCS we can change camera (I mean like in San Andreas by mouse) and we can use crosshair and turn it off.

Most of the GTAIII era (up until the Stories games) used RenderWare for graphics, not RAGE. The reason Rockstar went to RAGE for next-gen is because EA bought out the developer of RenderWare. The portables do not use RenderWare. While VC was used as a sort of a base for the engine that powers the Stories games, it doesn't use it for the graphics as the RenderWare graphics code is copyrighted by EA.

no you can't (you will need a monster pc to emulate) that's why they made this mod...
